"Good location, clean, great customer service "

"Overall beautiful location and hotel. But .... Staff needs to upgrade their hospitality. Bathroom looks clean, but once you look closer can see that has been wiped off with wet towel and that's it. 4* hotel but in superior room the mattress of sofa bed was horrible. Really in 4* hotel??? They say due to Covid, they clean rooms only every 3 days, but .... 1) we have baby so it means nappies and aromas that comes with them.... 2) in breakfast area are signed Face masks obligatory, but stuff...

"Great little hotel in a wonderful location. Rooms are tasteful and comfortable, and a good size. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was of a great standard. The roof terrace was a nice bonus, and the hotel is situated just off the main street and a short walk from the beach. Negatives were that the walls were a bit marked and the carpets were slightly stained, but overall a really nice hotel. Perfect for a relaxed break."

"Great stay, fourth summer staying here. Highly recommend! Excellent breakfast with waiters you will find nowhere. Sunbeds and beach umbrellas a plus! Short walk to great restaurants and Dzintari Konzert Hall. I highly recommend Baltic Beach resort!! Thank you to all staff and beyond!"
