"Hotel was being worked on(which was fine). Our room looked into a service area which was quite a mess and could be cleaned up a bit. Rooms could be serviced towels changed, bins emptied, tea coffee replenished more frequently Everything else was good. Breakfast excellent. Rooms clean and large. Food ..."

"A very pleasing stay the only downside was the 4 flight's of stairs to get to the room. The toilet seat was loose and a few things in the rooms needing improving like the kitchen lino that wasn't laid properly but above all a nice hotel with great views of Douglas Harbour."
