"I liked the quietness of the unit I rented with a friend. The description was a bit different on the site than what we had. The gold small sofa was a bit older and it had a loose arm on it. The blinds were broken. Had to have the fabric drapes hung. The blinds would not lift up to look out the 2 windows. "

"Drove down for the weekend and stayed at Fernando flats (flat 11). The accommodations were fantastic. Very clean. Room smelled great upon arrival. All the extras like bikes and beach towels were great. The mattress was firm and pillows fluffy. Plenty of hot water and pressure. The air conditioning kept the room ice cold! Location was perfect. I was able to walk to the shops/eateries. Loved the vintage vibe. Would stay again. *Just a note Flat 11 is upstairs with no elevator. Definitely not an...
