Our "Villa KOKOMO" is a luxury 2 bed 2.5 bath condo located in Jupiter Beach. 5 minute walk to the sand on Jupiter Beach. The unit is located on the Ground floor and offers a large private balcony with lovely views of the community lake. Note: Both bedrooms are accessed by one flight of stairs. The community offers 2 heated pools, tennis courts, and an on site restaurant which overlooks one of the community pools and the community lake. This property has been renovated & designed by our POSHPADZ Luxury Interiors team in 2019. Luxurious living room with white leather sofa and 75" SMART flat screen TV. Both bedrooms offer luxurious King size beds and 65" SMART flat screen TV's. All appliances in the fully equipped kitchen are brand new and you can't beat the prime location! High speed WIFI. There is a large screened patio just off the living room area which overlook the community lake. The unit has a brand new LG washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. No old & frumpy furniture here, not in a POSHPADZ Luxury Property.

Please note: all POSHPADZ properties come with a starter pack of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, hotel size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent, starter garbage bags. Note: this property has bedrooms upstairs and the living area downstairs- INSIDE HAS ONE FLIGHT OF STAIRS TO REACH THE BEDROOMS AS PER PHOTOS
**PLEASE NOTE: *All arrivals later than 10pm will be subject to a $150.00 late night check in fee due upon arrival as per rental agreement.
*All arrivals & Departures on 12/24-12/25-12/31-1/1 & Thanksgiving day will be subject to a $150.00 holiday check in convenience fee due upon arrival- No exceptions.
All guests are greeted by POSHPADZ staff, walked around the property to check no damages in the property. Check in is similar to checking into a hotel.
Please note: Trucks, RVs, Vans or any commercial vehicles are not allowed in this community. There is a $25 per vehicle HOA parking fee (subject to change) for your stay. It is important to complete the HOA Documents and return them in order to obtain a parking permit. Without a parking permit your vehicle may be towed. POSHPADZ does not take responsibility for the cost of towing.
