Welcome to Hibiscus Villa, part of the POSHPADZ Prestige Collection — a private 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single-family home with your own heated pool, 6-person hot tub and private putting green in the heart of Jupiter.
All three bedrooms feature luxurious King-size beds, making Hibiscus particularly comfortable for couples, families and friends travelling together. And when it's time for the beach, Jupiter Beach is just 3.9 miles away with free public parking.
We make beach days easy too, providing beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, insulated picnic basket and beach tote for our guests.
But you may find it difficult to leave the backyard.
Your Own Private Florida Retreat
Step outside into your fully fenced private pool area, where your vacation really begins.
Take a swim in the heated pool, relax on the sun shelf, enjoy the Florida sunshine, practice your putting on your own private putting green, or sink into the 6-person hot tub, maintained at approximately 100°F.
In the evening, fire up the Weber propane BBQ, enjoy dinner outside and relax beside the pool as the tropical evening settles in.
The pool also features colored LED lighting, creating a wonderful atmosphere after sunset.
Prestige guests also have luxury pool floats and a yoga mat ready at the home.
Inside Hibiscus Villa
Hibiscus is a spacious 1,650 sq. ft., single-level home, so there are no internal stairs to negotiate.
All three bedrooms feature King-size beds and large wall-mounted Samsung TVs.
The comfortable main living area has another large flat-screen TV and plenty of space to relax together, while the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast counter make everything from morning coffee to dinner at home easy.
Tiled floors throughout the main living areas help keep the house cool and comfortable.

Jupiter Beach & the Neighborhood
Hibiscus gives you the privacy of your own home while keeping you close to everything Jupiter has to offer.
Jupiter Beach is approximately 3.9 miles away, with free public parking available.
Several casual restaurants and cafés are within approximately a 5–10 minute walk, including Duffy's, IHOP, Starbucks, Panera Bread, Applebee's and Tijuana Flats. Jupiter's excellent waterfront restaurants and outdoor dining are also just a short drive away.
Nearby Creek Park offers green space, basketball courts, a soccer field, playground, baseball diamond, picnic pavilions and opportunities for walking, nature watching and birding.
The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, giving you somewhere peaceful to return to after exploring Jupiter.

Starter Essentials
Hibiscus Villa includes a starter supply of essentials: two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, hotel-size shampoo and conditioner, starter laundry detergent and starter garbage bags.
Additional baby equipment, including cribs, car seats, strollers and toys, can be rented locally through BabyQuip if required.
Pool & Hot Tub Information
Pool heating is available for $50 per day. Depending on weather conditions, the pool may require up to 24 hours to reach temperature.
The pool will be clean upon arrival and receives weekly professional pool service. Additional pool cleaning can be requested for $95 per visit.
Use of the 6-person hot tub is complimentary. Please allow up to approximately 12 hours for the hot tub to reach 100°F when necessary.
As mechanical equipment can occasionally malfunction, POSHPADZ cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of the hot tub or provide refunds for failures beyond our reasonable control.
Important Information Before Booking
The minimum booking age is 25 and the property's maximum permitted occupancy must be observed.
Third-party bookings are not permitted. The person making the reservation must be staying at the property.
Groups who materially misrepresent their occupancy or fail to meet the minimum age requirement may be refused accommodation or have their stay terminated in accordance with the rental agreement.
Our normal latest check-in time is 9:00 PM. Arrivals after the permitted check-in time are subject to a $150 late-night check-in fee. There is also a check in fee of $150 for Dec 24th, 25th, 31st and Jan 1st.
