We loved staying at Kathy’s place. The home was clean and had many convenient amenities such as beach chairs, cooler, washer/dryer, as well as being close to beaches, dining options, and stores. We can’t wait to come back!

Great place!

This was a great fit for me and my kids. The place was clean and the AC worked well. Fridge was pristine. Lots of dishes and pots and pans. Beds were comfortable. We could have used some more beach towels but what we had was adequate. We couldn’t get the beach umbrella to work and the cooler zipper didn’t work either, but it was great to have chairs and a cart to get everything to the beach. We had a great time at the pool too. Safe and peaceful neighborhood.

Family Getaway

We had an amazing time during our trip to Jupiter! The location of the property was absolutely perfect. The apartment was exactly as the photos show and we used the pool on the property almost daily.

Florida in February

Floors were very cold (no throw rugs or carpets). Did not use the patio because the umbrella had a tear at the top and we did not want to touch it. The Twisted Tuna was an enjoyable eating spot. The pool is very nice and walking on the beach every morning was enjoyable.

Perfect mother/daughter get away

The location was absolutely perfect. Exactly as it was described. The owner left lots of suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Spotless too.

Great stay!

Loved this spot in Jupiter. Excellent location! Carlin Park at the back door with an easy walk to the beach. Place was just as pictured and spotlessly clean. Pool area was really nice too. Kathleen was a great communicator and promptly responsive to our questions. Would definitely recommend!

Great renovated condo with all amenities

Nice condo with all amenities down to the little touches of hospitality with a welcome bottle of wine and candy on pillow. Love the shampoo conditioner shower gel supplies so you don’t have to pack. A great location close to beach access!

Recent Stay

Overall property was clean and came with everything you need. I stayed with my girlfriend and another couple and this place was perfect having the 2 bedrooms w/ private bathrooms.

Great Location

This property is ideal for all things in Jupiter. Close to everything. Condo was well equipped and very clean. Pool area was very nice also. Owner is very prompt at responding to any questions and or concerns.

Host violated VRBO policies

Terrible experience! This Host plays by her own rules and is a Bully. Host threatened to cancel our VRBO reservation because we were bringing a service animal. Host claimed her husband is allergic to dogs which was not mentioned in the VRBO listing. (I really wish I could share a screenshot of the communication with the Host.) She then insisted on charging an ADDITIONAL cleaning fee upfront for our service animal. This ALL is a direct violation of the American Disability Act as well as stated VRBO policy. We were fortunate to find another place to stay at the last minute. When we informed the Host that we were going to stay elsewhere because of her husbands “allergies”… more threats from the host and a complaint filed by us with VRBO. (You would think the Host would have been relieved that we were not going to take a chance on triggering her husbands allergies.) VRBO REQUIRED THE HOST TO REFUND OUR RESERVATION IN FULL!

Perfect getaway

A disappointing experience

We had a disappointing experience. Our family hadn't taken a vacation in nearly 3 years because of Covid, and we brought along our small baby, very excited to use the pool since she had never been in one! The pool was closed during our entire stay. My baby couldn't go in the ocean since she is too small. It was sweltering hot and our only real option was to stay indoors in the apartment or go out to eat. It is expected that the host would have informed us since management had informed residents about the pool closure (I called management upon returning home to check that they had sent out notices, and they had). While the host reached out at the start of our trip to see how everything was going, at the time we didn't know the pool was closed, and following that, when we did find out, we didn't want to bother the host since management kept telling us the pool would open the next day. It never opened — and when I requested a partial refund since our trip was a disappointment, the host was not at all understanding. Our family is so sad that our trip was affected by this pool closure (if you noticed the pool is the first thing advertised in the listing!) and wish our host had been more understanding, not to mention had informed us of the pool closure since they must have known! I would not book with this host in the future, buyer beware.
