"The condo was very clean and welcoming, but there were major renovations being done to the complex. We experienced 5 days of jackhammering, hammering and drilling being done in the unit directly above us. It went on from 8am to 4pm from Monday to Friday. This unit should have never been offered for rent while this racquet was going on. It totally ruined our vacation. "

The living area could definitely use additional seating, at least another comfy chair or two since it sleeps 4 it would be nice if all 4 could sit in the living area without pulling over a kitchen chair. Also, the upstairs neighbors were extremely loud at all hours of the day. They might have been VRBO renters too and maybe we just had...

Immediately contacted both VRBO and the host asking for a refund. Stayed at hotel a few miles away. Three weeks later still no response from either VRBO or the host. "
