"The room was clean, older (1928 per the hosts yelling at me on the phone) but clean. The property is pretty. HOWEVER, the surrounding area leading up to the house was homeless lining the streets. When I was given my check in instructions, that's where I was told about street parking. The photos conveniently leave out all of the street parking where the cars line bumper to bumper. "Quiet , clean , everything as advertised, and prompt answers to messages. I am not tech savvy and this was a last minute booking as more people showed up to stay where I had arranged to stay. I am not a fan of fold out sofas so I booked this accommodation.The process was easy, transparent, and a great host"

"There needs to be tow signs people in the next building take our parking spots. You’re the only one that doesn’t. Patio needs to be trimmed back. Too many trees getting big turning everything black. Back light is hanging by a wire. Other than that we loved our stay have booked next year."

"The place is exactly like the description online. Clean as described, no pets smell either. It was spacious and got everything you need.Dave is an awesome host. Master bedroom mattress is very firm and secondary bedroom mattress is on the plush side. Excellent location, get to everything within 5 mins. Highly recommended! Worth a repeat trip!"

"We loved this place! So many good points to highlight but I really appreciate the bed and bath linens were a good quality. The shower had hot water anytime we used it. The location was perfect to where we needed to go. We walked to a restaurant nearby for drinks and food. We would have liked to ride the bikes to the waterfront but next time. We look forward to coming back and staying longer. "

"A hidden gem in West Palm Beach. My husband and I stayed with Mr. Chase to attend a concert at the amplitheater, he was an awesome host. We felt welcome and really enjoyed our conversations with him. The hot tub was great, definitely put us right at home with the tropical theme. "The suite was decorated really well for the theme! My partner and I really enjoyed the wrecked island look and the lighting. The bushes surrounding the lot were lush, so it felt very closed off. The hot tub was secluded, and the pool was very clean. The room was well kept and clean, and had lots of storage space.
