"Do not book this property, it was terrible, totally misrepresented "Large Condo Steps to Water, Brand New Everything" in the the header. "Steps to Water" is a good 3 blocks down the street, through the parking lot, then there is a sidewalk & concrete breakwater with nothing but rocks on the other side. No sand and no entry to the water. To even view the water you need to stand in the middle of the street & 3 blocks down the road you can see some water. The washer/dryer are outside & the washer...

"I took pictures when we got there and things were not what the pictures on site said to be . The TV is not secure to the wall and the legs under the bed was not screwed into the bed right and the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling .the doors to patio were not closed correctly but we fixed those so it would be safe . "

"This VRBO is perfectly located on Palm Beach Island, where one can walk to fabulous restaurants, the best coffee shop in the country (Chip Monk), plenty of high end retail stores and, of course, the ocean. The bed is wonderfully comfortable and the unit, since it is a quiet corner unit, has lots of light. Tom, our host, is very attentive and willing to help if anything is needed. "

"Great location. Parking is tricky and building is very tired. Apartment is great, newly renovated and lovely but lobby and hallways leave a lot to be desired. "

"Julia was friendly and fantastic. Gave local recommendations, and even stopped by to make sure we were all taken care of. The place was a perfect location in a nice walkable area, and had a few helpful amenities, like beach chairs, etc. it felt safe, and was very clean. It had thin floors, so we heard some noise from the guests upstairs, but it wasn’t bothersome. Wonderful experience."
