"Property was spectacular, the view was impressive. Everything you need in a home away from home, the area is filled with nature! Many hikes and exploring then back to the house to relax and take in the awesome view. Short ride to Blackwater Falls and Canaan Valley state parks. Very comfortable accommodations, we travel with our pups at least 2-3 times a year somewhere different and always stay at a VRBO home, this home was o e of the very best!"

"This was our second stay, and the first time we took our son trout fishing. The property is beautiful. The river was low and we didn't catch anything, but still had a great time. If I'm nit-picking, the living room could use a simple throw blanket. The stored ones are itchy and give me flashbacks to my grandma's house in the 80s.
