This guest showed up at the Front Desk with a dog, saying Expedia said we were pet friendly. We let them know our pet policy is service animals only and showed the guest the Expedia listing stating no pets. The guest was unhappy and strongly disputed this fact. We graciously agreed to accept the family, and their pet, with a pet fee. We assumed the guest would be more appreciative as we helped them out and did not turn them away for the night in good will.
