"We loved NRMA Warrnambool. We only stayed one night but it has a great family friendly vibe. The outdoor pool looked like fun and the indoor one was like a bath. The cabin was spacious and clean with complimentary tea, coffee etc.. The staff were all friendly and helpful, but my favourite thing was the towel swan on the bed, a lovely touch🤓"

"Fair value, room had a slight odour which remained after airing out. Unfortunately located next to a main highway with trucks passing infrequently. Front window frame appeared to vibrate with some of the road noise at times. We opened and firmly closed the slide window this appeared to stop the vibration sound emanating. Comfy mattress and very clean bedding."

"The dinner menu was a limited, but the buffet breakfast was outstanding. The hot springs was the best I have experienced. It was very soothing on tired muscles and sore back. Paying the extra $10 for private parking was worth it as it meant no worrying or hunting for a place to park. The staff were very kind and helpful as my wife had broken both her hands on the trip. They helped make it easier for us. I highly recommend staying at this hotel to experience the hospitality and amenities offered."

"The bedroom was light and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless with good towels. However the downstairs sitting area was very tight for space with the tv mounted on the stair banister rail. The photos do not accurately show the space as is. Also the parking spots are very narrow, my husband had to use the passenger door to access the drivers seat because a 4wd had parked in the next bay, not an ideal situation.."

"I can’t complement this accommodation enough. Please don’t hesitate to arrange your stay here. Either overnight or for longer. Very comfortable. Tucked away slightly from other accommodation but convenient for local shops, cafes and restaurants. The attention to detail of amenities is 2nd to none… all that you would hope for and more. "Very close to town centre, but rooms very dated, car parks are terrible. And cant smoke outside in court yard, have to go down two flights of stairs and out the front of property."
