Wow!!

Fabulous spot with spectacular views from the deck. I was really impressed with the attention to detail and cleanliness. Lovely decor and quality. Port Renfrew is a tiny community with pretty limited amenities… which is what we were looking for.

Absolutely gorgeous! Can’t wait to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! It was very clean well stocked and had a wonderful view outside! Firepit kept us toasty as we watched the Eagles from the patio. The beds were very comfortable. We cannot wait to stay again!

I’d stay here again

Condo was great. Very comfortable. Fantastic view into the sound. We rarely turned on lights, instead letting the fading light of the day come in through the windows. On the other hand, it’s in an area undergoing a lot of construction. A lot of unfinished condos in the vicinity. It’s very convenient to a lot of beautiful areas. A lot of driving on dusty logging roads, often passing and stopping at incredibly beautiful sights. The town is very small. Essentially, one place to eat dinner (the pub). Food and drink were good, and the people very nice, but the line to get in could be long at times. A handful of places open for breakfast and lunch. Every place we ate was good, although healthy choices were limited. The general store’s supplies are limited. The closest town of any size is an hour away either direction. Buy supplies before getting to Port Renfrew. Having said that, we had a great time. The beauty of the area, the weather, the people were all great. Because it’s a launching point for two long trails there are a lot of hikers - mostly young. The bulk of the service people are also young. All were friendly and helpful. Made the trip that much more enjoyable and vibrant.

Schönes kleines Apartment, toller Ausblick

Wir waren in dem Apartment 4 Tage; mit der Hausnummer auf dem Foto kann man es gut finden, ansonsten nur schwer. Das Apartment ist relativ neu und sauber gewesen. Das Sofa als Schlafplatz ist für zwei Erwachsene nicht sehr bequem (bei 4 Tagen aber O.k.). Toll ist vor allem der Blick auf die Bucht und die sehr ruhige Lage. Auf der Terrasse gibt es noch schöne Sitzmöbel und eine Gasfeuerschale. Wir haben uns an den 4 Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt und haben in der Umgebung viel unternommen.

Nice but small

Felt that it is overpriced for the size of the Unit. It is a nice place but for the life of me I cannot understand why the kitchen set up is so wanting, the utensils are cheap, very limited and no simple items like steamers etc.

Eine ganz wunderbare kleine Ferienwohnung für 4 Personen. Ein traumhafter Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Bucht. Beeindruckend war der Weißkopfseeadler im Baum gegenüber. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit hier!

The view is spectacular!!

The place is very well suited for a couple and accommodates a single guest or two well. The view relaxed us both morning and evening. So well decorated and beds were sooo comfy! We cooked in, bbq’d and enjoyed the PR Pub and Bridgemans. Pacheedaht is a great walk at any time of day. We enjoyed our travels to Big Lonely Doug and Sombrio, as well as Botanical Beach, which is close and a must see. The Market Store is perfect for those extra items you forget to pick up at the grocery store in Sooke, even has fun stickers!

Amazing location with all the bells and whistles

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. The Sandyfeet Retreat was even better than expected. Every detail was perfect. Coffee, spices, shampoo, conditioner and soaps were plentiful and great quality. Bedding was soft and ample extra blankets if you needed them. The deck with the fire table was well enjoyed. Port Renfrew is a wonderful remote location yet has the necessary services anyone would need. First visit to Sandyfeet Retreat of many!

This place is easily located, well appointed, clean, modern and comfortable in a beautiful setting. The arrival instructions are thorough, comprehensive, logical and easy to follow; the information regarding dining options nearby is also very clear and thorough. There is a detailed list and description of local places to visit and explore. The hosts have done an excellent job; they provide a great experience and true value at a very reasonable price. We were very impressed.

Top tier of home rentals you could ever receive

We have rented quite a few places over the years on VRBO and this place in Port Renfrew was right at the top for cleanliness, spectacular view of the ocean, quick communication from the owner, extremely clean and the suite being very well stocked. Everything was done perfectly by the owner, an example of how all rentals should be offered. Nothing is overlooked, even Netflix was included after a long hike to relax and watch a movie. Get up in the morning and have a coffee on the deck as you watch the sites and sounds of nature on the ocean. This place was a gem and the owner was amazing!!!

Perfect Getaway

Such a scenic, well appointed, beautifully decorated, lovely place to be our home for 3 nights. The owners have thought of everything to ensure the comfort of their guests. The deck became our favourite place to be, whether it was reading, taking in the wonderful views of the ocean, the eagles, the boats and lighting the fire table at sundown was all perfect. Definitely we will be going back!

Lovely getaway

Our family of three enjoyed the change of scenery for a couple days at this beautiful cabin on the water. The accomodation was clean, comfortable and well prepared. The fireplace on the deck while watching the Eagles over the water was enjoyable. This was a wonderful place to settle while we visited Botanical Beach and Eden and Avatar Groves. Thank you!

Great base for exploring the area

Has all the amenities we needed for 3 days in Port Renfrew. Great view, good kitchen, comfortable place. We enjoyed exploring beaches (especially Sombrio and Pachendaht) and the groves of big trees.
