This is an AMAZING property. We saw hummingbirds, sea lions, and whales(!) out our back window almost every day (bring good binoculars for the whales). And the sunsets were truly stunning.

Our stay at Wren Cottage was the cherry on top of our lovely vacation. We enjoyed our nights of cribbage by the fireplace and waking up to the breathtaking ocean view. Many slugs were studied by our children, and we were able to appreciate the ocean wildlife from the observation deck. This will be a very fond memory for us to cherish for years to come! So so great

This was one of, if not the best VRBO properties we’ve ever stayed at. The location was a dream. The steps to the beach are steep, but my 8 and 10 yr old had no problem with them. I expected the beach to be all rocks, but there was sand at low tide and cool tide pool animals to explore. Of all the beaches we visited on this trip, the one associated with the house was a favorite for everyone. The house itself is also great. It was super clean, well stocked with kitchen wares, and the wood stove was a delight each evening. We’re a family of four, and we were perfectly comfortable in the space. There’s a drawer of board games that were a huge hit too. We will 100% be back to this place. What a gem.

Perfect spot for elopement

My wife and I held our private wedding ceremony at this cabin and it was the perfect venue. The cabin and surroundings are very peaceful and the private beach was a gorgeous backdrop for photos. We saw seals, otters, and even a curious black bear came to say hello.We can’t wait to come back soon!

jaw dropping

when we pulled into the driveway at The Cottage at Wren point and walked up on the deck my jaw dropped… the stunning view and property. we were hard put to want to leave the cabin to go explore elsewhere. i loved sitting down on the little viewing deck watching seals, listening to ocean… the cabin is gorgeous

Amazing views with incredible private beach

Clean and cozy with ambiance from the wood stove and the sound of waves against the shore. Spectacular views from the great location near Sooke and nearby parks/public beaches. The private beach access was an unexpected delight complete with adventurous stairway access.

Beautiful Cabin with Amazing View

A must stay gem of a place

This property is an absolute treasure! From the moment we pulled into the driveway we were in love with place. The views from every corner of the cottage (both inside and out) are stunning. There is an eye treat at every glance. The cottage offered us a memorable romantic getaway, something that we will be talking about for quite some time. We will definitely be back.

Amazing stay (again!!)

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about this rental cottage. It was our 2nd time visiting and we will definitely be back in the near future. Clean, cozy, perfect size, and great hosts. Loved the wood burning fire place and the privacy of the property. Falling asleep to the sound of waves crashing against the cliffs was such a treat. See you again soon!

Wren Point Cottage

Cozy cottage with great views of the Pacific Ocean and Juan du Fuca Strait. Windows letting the views and the sunshine in! It’s a nice setup inside with the open plan. Loved the cut wood ready to fire up the fireplace! The upstairs loft was nice as was the heated bathroom floor. Deck faces two directions and is fantastic! We had a really nice weekend there.

Amazing weekend we needed

We could not of asked for a better stay. It was quiet and clean. Views were amazing. We didn’t see any whales but I am sure they pass by. A propane fire pit/heater for the deck would have been a great addition but we sat indoors when the chill settled in for the evening. We would 100% book again if in the area.
