Gîte Barbouillet - Village of Holiday Homes

Le Mas de la Bastide is a holiday village with 19 accommodations, hosting from 2 to 10 guests per unit. Several gîtes can be combined to welcome groups of up to 40–50 people (except July and August).



The property features 3 swimming pools, including one heated pool, a playground, tennis court, ping-pong tables, pétanque courts, a bar-restaurant, and direct access to many hiking trails.



Wi-Fi is available only in the outdoor communal areas (Wi-Fi zone near reception, restaurant, playground, etc.).



Barbouillet is a spacious, modern 160 m² gîte in southern Ardèche, set on the heights of the estate—ideal for 2 or 3 families with children. Enjoy stunning views of the surrounding mountains and sunsets.



The accommodation includes two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 4 single beds (2 bunk beds) on the ground floor, plus a master suite upstairs with double bed, dressing room, bathroom (shower and bathtub), separate toilet, and a private terrace with view. There is also a bathroom and separate toilet on the ground floor, a large living room with TV, fireplace insert, reversible air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine). The large outdoor terrace offers garden furniture, a barbecue, and a fenced area for pets. Parking is available in front of the gîte.



In high season, lively evenings with concerts and meals are organized. Groups are welcome, with half-board or full-board options and assistance in planning your events.
