"Lovely hotel and conference centre on outskirts of Gothenburg. You do have to get a tram and there’s a short walk to get there. Huge sports centre as part of it and park/ sports fields around it. Nice to get out of the city ( a lot of building work in Gothenburg at the time of the visit). Public transport is efficient and frequent so no problem getting to and from the hotel. Rooms basic and beds very comfortable. Everything clean. Staff on reception very friendly and helpful. "

"I spent two nights here and both were without any heating in freezing minus 4 weather. I asked 5 times for a solution nothing given. I was given a broken heated and my room was not even cleaned. I had to make my own bed and the bedding did not even fit the bed. I had two terrible nights sleep in freezing room with uncomfortable bed. Never again. Do not recommend to anyone. "
