Wonderful and wonderful hospitality
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel and staff were exceptional and we are definitely returning again. We will also recommend to others.

The hilltop location of the resort was good with very good views from Carmichael’s and the yoga hut. We had a leak in the ceiling of our room on the last night which was not good.

We had a pleasant stay. The only shortfall is the plunge pool is not heated. My husband enjoyed the rum punch. The food at the ridge club was standard.

The room was nice, but noisy (traffic and barking dogs). The decorative pillows on the bed had cigarette burns and the food was mediocre. My wife ended up with a severe stomach issues.

Definetrlly they have to do some renovations to the rooms, improve the quality of the food and train the staff to traet the customer better. The only person person who really take care of customers concerns is the front desk manager.

Great poolside bar. Beautiful room tucked into mountainside with view of the marina, nice balcony with soaking pool and beautiful open air rooms with mosquito netting and gorgeous wooden beds. Great work our facility and friendly staff. Always felt very age and at home!

Very safe. Great, friendly staff. Nice work our facility and perfect pool bar. Formal dining in hotel had great staff and ambiance especially when it rains but the food was not remarkable. Property offers convenient transportation to to hillside rooms and nearby beach attractions.

The pool was super small in comparison to the pictures. You need to request the car to get from your room to the pool, dinner, reception basically everywhere on the resort due to the steep hills and distance. The beach is a shuttle ride from the resort which stops running at a certain time. The room is in my opinion for couples which is nice. The staff was friendly and helpful however I wouldn’t stay there again due to the distance of the amenities on the resort

I absolutely enjoyed the service and the kindness of the workers and staff. Continue to refresh property with a fresh coat of paint. Change outdoor furniture cushion colors from off white to a darker color will significantly reduce their wear/tear.

Beautiful property with well kept fixtures and landscape. Food was well prepared and service was excellent. Just make sure to be prepared for a walk. Required a lot of walking and stairs to get to the room.

Excellent stay ...one bad experience was that house keeping left our dishes from ordered in breakfast right at the door front ... so that unpleasant sight greeted us as we returned to our room. Apart it was lovely front desk staff exceptional...

The cleanliness, the wifi was a little impatient and fixed 3 times, we then had to switch rooms because of it. I was very upset when they won't allow me to get some food that I had purchased in the town earlier in the day. We placed it in the fridge when we returned because we weren't ready for it.Their policy don't have it written but I wasted my money $25 each a plate. Upset about that, for that I will not return to Sugar Ridge. Put a microwave in each room then it does not become an inconvenience for the hotel.

Great Pleace
Hotel Was Beautiful, Quiet, Very Welcoming & Comfortable. The Only Thing I Can Say Is That There Wasn’t Any Entertainment At The Hotel. No Nightlife Entertainment or Music By The Pool.

Interesting property with generally friendly staff. Rooms are smaller than pictures indicate. Property and rooms appear clean and have very comfortable bed and great pillows. Food at the on-site restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Decent pools and property. Great for a short stay. Must take a shuttle to beach and back.
