Seating and lighting.
The property was very clean and well kept. The property people were courteous and kind. The seating in living area could be better and the tv connectivity for international news non exist. Otherwise everything else was great.

Congested parking, inconvenient location far from city. manager make us take out the trash & expected us to clean on vacation. It’s an older villa, roaches in the closet by kitchen area. They need to upgrade electrical outlets, no wash cloths. The unit is at the far end of the property, number not visible at night very hard to find. I have more not enough room to eloborate.

Caribbean Tranquility
We stayed at this property February 2024 initially just my wife & I but we were joined by daughter & son in law as a suprise for my wife’s 60th. The owner Lisa is very approachable and responded to messages promptly. The property is managed by Jenny who gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and showed us where everything was in the property, she even arranged a taxi from the airport, golf buggy and car hire for us. The property was very clean & tidy with good quality fittings and well appointed kitchen & utilities. The cleaners even came in to clean during our stay. Any queries we had during our stay were dealt with promptly and efficiently by Jenny. The location is ideal, very peaceful with north beach a 3 minute walk away, to get to the south beach, supermarket, Petals, Bascilca, El Porto & curry house you will need to hire a golf cart or car. We were very sad to leave and will look at this properties availibity when return in the future.

Fantastic
Wow, where to start? The owner was super helpful and informative prior to our arrival. We have stayed here before and love the quiet location of the north finger. The house is lovely and has everything g needed. Jenny was fantastic upon our arrival and fantastic throughout. She was always on hand with local knowledge should we have needed. This is a little gem. Thank you to the house keeping team who do a fantastic job.

A "Jolly" great holiday!
We have returned to this little piece of paradise several times and it is always a wonderful experience. The unit has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable vacation and great proximity to grocery shopping, restaurants and beaches. Both the host and the property manager are a pleasure to deal with. We keep returning to this unit because we always have such a great holiday there. It really is "a little piece of paradise!"

Great spot in a gated community in Jolly Harbor that is close to many of the best beaches in Antigua. Easy to walk to nearby beach and short drive to others. Community is gated with security, and was very quiet. We really enjoyed the back deck area for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Communication with the property manager was excellent and she was very helpful on providing tips and information on the property, Jolly Harbor and Antigua in general. Overall the property was clean, the bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels, some beach chair options and even some bikes to rent. After staying in Antigua for a week, we came to enjoy Jolly Harbor and this villa was a great launching spot for daily activities and great place to unwind at night. Various dining options are located within the harbor area, and just outside, and we found all of the food to be excellent. There is also a grocery store at the edge of the marina that was well stocked for our needs. Looking ahead, when we return to Antigua, we will definitely consider using this villa again.

30th anniversarry trip!
We had a great trip and time celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Brought out 26 yr old daughter and her boyfriend for 7 0f our 10 day trip. The condo was exactly as advertised. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Lovely large outdoor area out back overlooks canal and beautiful big beach homes. Get a golf cart to travel around. 7 min golf cart drive to the beautiful south beach. Grocery store is pretty large and stocks good items to cook some meals...about a 5 minute golf cart ride to get to it. Our favorite restaurant was la cantina, good mexican. 5 or so restaurants in compound about 5 min golf cart ride to get to them. The only complaint was portable beach chairs in condo were not good. Was expensive to rent chairs and umbrella at beach everyday-$20 US for 2 per day. Lisa and Jenny both super nice and responsive! Felt very safe in this nice jolly harbour compound. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home Lisa!

Jolly Harbour
The location and property was very good. It was very quiet which is what we were looking for. We appreciated the golf cart we rented so we could come and go as needed. Some furniture is soon to need an upgrade. The kitchen was well stocked with the required utensils etc. The bed was comfortable and the a/c’s all worked well. The highlight was our property host Jenny who met us at the villa, arranged our cart rental & airport transfers and checked in regularly to ensure we had all we needed. This was especially appreciated as we prepared for Hurricane Tammy which fortunately missed the island. Thanks Jenny!!

La villa est exactement comme sur les photos et la description sur VRBO. La plage (du côté nord) à 3 minutes de marche est très belle et pratiquement privée...La location d'une voiturette de golf est nécessaire pour les autres secteurs du site. Jenny, la manager, est extrêmement serviable et elle répond à toutes les demandes....Bravo....nous retournerons avec plaisir!

My boys and I had a great week in Jolly Harbour relaxing at the beach, fishing and sailing!! The Property Manager was very helpful with the check in process and arranging our golf cart. This 2 bedroom unit is great and kitchen well stocked. I highly recommend!!

Beautiful location
We loved everything about the villa and the area. Jolly harbour was wonderful. The communication with the property manager was excellent. Really no details were left out. This was a really great alternative to staying on a resort. We rented a car and ventured around the island finding quiet secluded beaches and adorable beach bars along the way. We met some really great locals who gave us some Antigua history as well as places we should visit while staying on the island. If you are looking for more of an adventure over staying on a resort, I definitely recommend. There are resorts nearby that offer day passes as well if you want some resort life in your vacation as well. However, with the gorgeous secluded beaches around, I don’t think you’ll need it. Our favorite beach was Hermitage bay. Very quiet, beautiful and I found a few sea glass pieces on this beach.

Does what it says on the tin
All as advertised. Quiet location 5 minutes walk from lovely deserted beach with good swimming. Waterway location with excellent views. Hire car or golf buggy hire recommended, (can be arranged by helpful villa manager, Jenny). 2 bikes provided, which were in good condition.

Can't Get Better
This our second visit to the property and we were not disappointed. From the rental point of view I don't think you can get better. After our first visit, in 2020, we had to move our booking due Covid. Lisa was so helpful in accommodating our requests. On arrival Jenny, the manager, was there to meet us. Our flight was delayed but she was there to hand over the keys of the villa and also the keys to the hire car. Our mid week cleaner, Simone, was great and our taxi driver, Brenda, could not have been more considerate. My wife and I are in our late 70's but this was the perfect place for a great winter break. Thank you Lisa and all your team.

Another wonderful stay in Jolly Harbour
We have stayed in Lisa's villa several times now, and the unit never ceases to provide us with a perfect holiday. The unit is immaculately maintained and the decor is very conducive to relaxing in a Caribbean setting. Both the hostess and the property manager are a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to all requests. Jolly Harbour's amenities speak for themselves, but it is Lisa's villa and Jenny's warm welcome that really make our vacation so special for us. Thanks for another great holiday!

Paradise in Jolly Harbour
Excellent stay. Lisa ,the owner, gave excellent help and communication before our stay. Jenny the property manager met us, explained everything to us and was on hand all week. The villa is wonderful, well equipped and beautifully tastefully decorated. Amazing view and 2 minutes walk to north beach. The villa is quite a way from the supermarket and rest.aurants. We had a hire car but beware the road from the airport makes driving interesting!! Around Jolly harbour it is fine. We felt very safe as in a guarded barrier development. Most hire golf buggies but at $25 US dollars a day very expensive. Jolly Beach is beautiful. Everyone we met were friendly and helpful. We cannot wait to return, we highly recommend this villa two very comfortable beds, all linen available including beach towels. Two bikes are fabulous. A really great place to stay if you want self catering, comfort and peace and quiet. Thank you Lisa and Jenny very much

Everything you need
This was a very comfortable and extremely well equipped villa. The kitchen had everything you need and more. We loved having the zero gravity chairs to take to the beach, much more comfortable ( especially those with bad backs) then loungers you rent at the beach. Large outdoor seating areas. Comfortable beds, comfortable sofas and chairs. Nicely decorated. With a week stay it was definitely nice to have a washing machine and drying rack. With a weeks stay it would be nice to have the villa cleaned and bedding change midweek, other than that it was perfect. Lisa the owner and Jenny the property manager throughly and quickly responded to any of our questions.

This is an amazing property. Jenny was an awesome host. She made sure we were taken care of - booking our taxi to/from the airport and helping us with golf cart hire to get around. The place is a great location for nearby beach, food shopping and good selection of restaurants. Lisa the owner was also very friendly and helpful, making sure got everything we need before we arrived. The property has everything you need from kitchen supplies, to bbq, tv and internet. It even has a couple of bicycles in case you feel like getting around on two wheel. i didnt have one negative thing to say about this place, and will look for to coming back with my wife and kids again.

PERFECT!
Our 3rd visit to this villa. It would have been more without Covid. We stayed 4 weeks. Our haven away from the cold weather in England. The location is perfect for us. We swim each morning off unspoilt North Beach. Access the supermarket, bars and restaurants in a Jolly Harbour. We hire a car but a golf cart is a must if not. The villa is well equipped and the property manager excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. We have already booked for 2023.

Very cute property, comfortable and clean. Quiet neighborhood, close to secluded Beach (about 5 minutes on foot). They provide Beach towels, Beach chairs, everything you need in the kitchen. There's even a grill out back. Furniture is a bit outdated, but not a deal breaker; great value for your money. The owner is very responsive and gets you in touch with the property manager Jennie - she's awesome! She'll make sure you have everything you need. It would be nice if there was a bigger TV for when lounging on the couch in the evenings if you don't go anywhere.

Our weeklong stay at the villa was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Both the owner and the property manager are very knowledgeable and responsive and were immensely helpful in planning our vacation and making necessary arrangements. Folding sofa in the living room came in very handy for comfortably putting up our 2 grown-up boys. The waterfront patio is very private and is a nice place for breakfasts and evening drinks, and the quiet North beach (most of times we had it completely to ourselves!) is literally a couple minutes walk from the villa. A golf cart and bicycles easily take care of navigating within Jolly Harbour itself, going to restaurants and the supermarket. Great vacation place!

Tranquil setting in Antigua
This is the third time we have stayed in this unit--but hopefully not the last! The unit is very well equipped, beautifully furnished and very well maintained. It's in the quieter area of the complex--but there's lots of action a short golf cart ride away. Good grocery store on site and several excellent restaurants. The property manager is fantastic and all communication with the owner generates a prompt and detailed response. A very special holiday villa.

Better than most
This was our fourth villa rental in Jolly Harbour north finger. All the villas are of a similar age and most have required renovation work at times in the past. We have previously stayed in less cared for accommodation but this one has been maintained to a higher standard. A good location for getting out and about in the harbour (using a golf cart) for eating and beaches whilst giving quieter evenings on the villa patio.

Easy walk to the beach
Jenny was at the property to greet us, she was great at sorting things out for us. Property was clean and has A/C throughout! Well equipped kitchen. Internet was a bit of a pain though as it kept dropping out, but that seems to be an island thing. It’s an easy walk to the beach, though a buggy or car is helpful for the supermarket and getting to south beach (nicer of the 2 beaches) Would stay here again.

Cute, spacious, and so close to the beach!!
We had a lovely time in Lisa's house! The on-site host, Jenny, was lovely and accommodating as well. The house has charming seaside decor, a well appointed kitchen, and was roomy enough for four adults. It really was just a two minute walk to a beautiful, calm beach, and the large outdoor space (deck and dock) was a nice perk as well.

My friend and I stayed at this wonderful home for 4 days and 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the views, central location, and accommodations (i.e. bikes & beach towels). It is located close to the beaches, restaurants, and Jolly Harbour - since it was Covid season the times of many establishments have changed but we ate at many of the local spots recommend by Lisa and her lovely property manager Jenny. If ever in Antigua and looking for a warm atmosphere, filled with beautiful people, and views stay here! We will definitely be back, see u next time Antigua.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Lisa’s villa and it is definitely home from home. I love it! It feels like my home when I’m there. I will definitely be returning. A Wonderful Place to Stay
We have stayed in Jolly Harbor, at different properties, around 7 times, all in North Finger. We have just had 2 wonderful weeks in what we consider to be the best 2 bedroom property in the area. Everything was perfect from arrangements for pickup at the airport, Jenny, the Manager, meeting and showing us the property, hire car, prearranged, waiting for us on arrival to arranging a taxi back to the airport on departure all this made us feeling relaxed about the whole process. The villa is well maintained and in a superb position, really handy for a short walk to North Beach along with a pair of lovely beach chairs stored in the utility room. The villa is equipped with everything you will need, high class linen and towels, in fact it is home from home. Lisa communicated to us along the whole booking process and Jenny kept in touch while we stayed just to make everything was OK. One very small comment... a dishwasher would be the cream on a fantastic property. Thank you for allowing us to share you wonderful villa. We will indeed be back as we have already booked 2021

Best place we ever stayed!
This condo was immaculate and was exactly as advertized. The kitchen was superbly filled with anything you would need, and when we arrived already had milk and water in the fridge, and snacks. The property manager was wonderful explaining everything and gave great tips on restaurants and beaches. We loved it here and hope to come back soon. It is a quiet oasis filled with everything you could need. The internet was strong and they offer Netflix. It was like being home in beautiful surroundings.
