Daniel’s place is very clean and comfortable.A lovely place.We had some very hot weather and between the a/c-s and fans it was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

We slept well!!!! Comfy mattress, soft pillows and warm comfy blankets. Great kitchen! Plenty of natural light.

Rhode Island Get Away

We met our son and his family in Providence for a long weekend. The house was in a great location, very clean and had everything we needed. Daniel was a great host and the snacks he left were a hit along with ideas of things to do. We hope to come back!

Cozy and convenient

The house is everything we were look for. Property was really cute, very clean and well organized. The property owner was very nice and easy to contact. The location is great for getting on and off the highway making it easy for us to visit Boston, Salem, and Newport. There are plenty of stores and restaurants very close by too.

Weekend with family

This is an old house, but has been updated. There was plenty of space for 6 adults, was clean, extra blankets and linens. The house has all the basic necessities plus extras like fans, charging stations. Wish there had been 6 kitchen chairs for us all to play cards at the table, two of us had to stand, but we made it work. There were a few things that needed to be repaired (leak, broken window panel) but the owner was very responsive and it did not affect our stay at all. I would stay here again.

10/10 - Definitely stay here!

Our experience at this home was absolutely top notch! Everything about this rental exceeded our expectations - the property was lovely and spacious, the grounds were so beautiful and a nice place to connect with each other in nature, the host left a welcome basket with assorted treats and even surprised us with a light grocery shop of the essentials! The beds were very comfortable, the living room had seating for 6 adults, the showers/bathroom/kitchen was stocked with necessities - plus coffee and tea! It was a 10/10 experience, truly barring nothing. Plus it is VERY close to shopping centers and multiple highways (I'm talking like 3mins away). I'd recommend this house to friends and family - and will definitely be booking again if we are ever back in the area!

The host was welcoming and the house if lovely and spacious….but the house was not cleaned. Really. Like it hadn’t been vacuumed and the bathrooms were filthy. The cupboards in kitchen sticky. Lots of things broken and falling apart. The host sent back the cleaners when we contacted him, but it improved only very little. We gave up and cleaned it ourselves for our stay. We had no choice, we were there for medical surgery and the extra stress of finding a new place was out of question. The house did not have enough basic supplies. There were very few clean towels for bathrooms, and none at all for kitchen. Even the sheets were even put on all the beds. We had to go get basics like trash sacks and toilet payer and paper towels. There were 3 mice we found! Some smelling up the cabinets in the kitchen. The cost offered a refund on the cleaning cost, but never checked in again. Would not return.
