The space and layout of the house were wonderful. The fully equipped kitchen was not well stocked, although it was corrected. Some dishes in the cabinets were dirty. When booking, there was also a price discrepancy. One of our family members that made the booking was not able to come on the trip, so we had to rebook under someone else. The new booking was approximately 20 a day higher, even though this change was made in less than 24 hours. Our main concern was the miscommunication. The “house rules” were sent by email, and the two manuals in the house had not been updated and had conflicting information. We wanted to use the pool and hot tub our first night, but due to incomplete instructions, we were not able to. The hot tub had to be controlled by the host. Unfortunately, it took more than three hours to reach anyone that evening. One bathroom (of three) must have had plumbing issues, as there was a towel under the toilet valve and a plunger but no communication to us of any issues. But the morning we were getting ready to depart, the toilet overflowed, making that bathroom unusable. It was unfortunate that these few issues ruined what would have been a perfect stay.

We loved the pool and hot tub! Great outdoor area in the back yard with covered patio where we enjoyed our morning coffee and visiting. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, coffee mugs and wine glasses. We had great communication from our hosts, they came by to check the pool and put the trash out for us. The neighbor was very peaceful and nice, but still plenty of privacy. We got to see deer coming through by the house several times. The house is spacious and comfortable and was perfect for our girls trip.
We loved the pool and hot tub.

The home was beautiful, every bed in the house is super comfortable. The house is HUGE, we forgot beach towls for the pool and they had plenty! Very quiet, secluded neighborhood. The owners/hosts were very good at responding quickly and very nice!!! I definitely recommend staying here, we miss it already

Bulbs out in Master and poor lighting in living. Tear on tablecloth on small round table. Need some chests or dressers in BR's for luggage and some unpacking. Leaks in Master and hall bathtubs/shower. Calcification in Master bath fixtures. More clothes hangers in closets needed. Hall bath toilet is loose and dangerous. Two chipped bowls in kitchen cabinet that are dangerous. Overall we give a 9.5 rating from 5 ladies. Quiet neighborhood, great pool and outside furniture. Nice furniture in home just needing a little storage/shelving in bedrooms. We would stay there again!

Great home. We had a small mix up with cleaning schedule and was not ready when we arrived. Owner was very responsive and hot aomeone over asap. Owner even came over to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommend this house. Quite peaceful neighborhood.

We travel with friends each summer and this property looked perfect for a relaxing vacation spot. It did not disappoint. Lots of memories made, good times had, and a relaxing environment. Super quiet neighborhood, we felt like we were the only ones around for miles. The host was fantastic! The house is amazingly well stocked with anything you might even think about needing. I cannot say enough great things about the pool area. Just book it. No regrets!

Girls trip

Seven older friends on our annual trip; the house was lovely, exactly as described. Backyard was nice, pool was great & well maintained. Slight miscommunication on the hot tub but were able to use after we texted with the manager. They did resolve the issue quickly. We are considering booking for next year but have to wait until their booking window opens for next summer. Great trip, met our needs perfectly. Beautiful old tree in the backyard!

Super location, and size of house suited our needs very well, especially the kitchen. Pool and patio are valuable amenities.A few things could be improved: add luggage racks or surfaces in bedrooms for suitcases; backyard, outdoor security light off/on in middle of night due to moving limbs from neighbor's tree; security buzzer for back door (pool safety) not working; not big fans of microfiber bath towels; living/dining area seating is barely adequate for a house that could sleep 10 (4 queens/ 1 king)Listing photos are dated - the interior of the house is beginning to show signs of heavy use not reflected in pictures.

Johnson City stay for Niece's wedding

Space was good and accurate with the pictures. Owners were very responsive and everything was great. Highly recommend if you will be staying in Johnson City. This subdivision was nice as well.

Great home close to Fredricksburg!

This home was a great space for our group of friends! Home was clean and spacious. The kitchen was large enough for us all to be in while cooking. The backyard was beautiful and pet friendly. Plenty of parking space available. Dining room and living room had space for us all to hang out. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again when in the area.

Great vacation house

Great, spacious house for a family gathering. The kitchen is very well equipped. Bed rooms are large and comfortable. Great patio and fenced yard. Located close to town and a good jumping off spot to other attractions in the area.

Very nice house in quiet neighborhood!

We had a wonderful long weekend here. Johnson city is a cool town surrounded by wineries. House is easy to get to, very clean and roomy. We would definitely come back!

Beautiful house pool and hot

Our group of over 70 year olds used this house as our base for exploring parts of the Texas hill country. It was everything we were looking for and much roomier than expected. My stay again with a larger family group.,

Labor Day weekend (Last little pool time in the sun)

Overall, the property was nice with great location easy to get where we wanted to go. Unfortunately, we rented the place specifically for the pool and we were not able to use it the whole weekend due to it being full of mud/dirt from rain the day before we arrived. They tried to get it clean, but it did not work so all we could do was look at it.
