"Compact apartment with everything needed for a short stay. Hot water is good & hot. Good Fish and Chip shop around the corner (had the Haddock with chips and curry which was delicious and a good portion size) and a sandwich bar that serves breakfast items too (bacon butties recommended). Really good bakers across the road with numerous choices. Close to Montrose town centre and beach and on the way in from Dundee and the North. Benefit of Netflix on site and free WiFi. "A lovely find in Laurencekirk. Great base lots of interesting places to visit nearby.Kirsty was very helpful and informative. Lovely walks roundabout for the dogs, and a park about 150 yard’s away. The cottage had everything we needed and more. Bed was very comfortable, lovely fluffy towels, Great hot shower, quiet location."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Annex.Mo and Alistair were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome.The cottage was very comfortable and well equipped a home from home.The welcome pack was amazing with fresh eggs from the hens and the best Victoria sponge we have ever tasted plus a few other goodies. The cottage was lovely with sea views at one side and countryside on the other.The night skyscapes were amazing and we saw the Northern Lights (the Aurora).We would thoroughly recommend...

"The house was the perfect size for us. With multiple living rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms, we were able to spread out and relax. Surprisingly the local road noise was louder than we anticipated but we would stay here again."

"Lovely cottage, it has everything you need. We received a lovely welcome pack, both for us and the dogs, which was a lovely touch. Cottage is in a great location to visit local points of interest, with some lovely walks right on your doorstep. Locals were extremely welcoming also. We will definitely be back, would highly recommend!"
