"Dinner was good, breakfast was very good.
Bathroom very spacious with excellent shower. Unfortunately there were no shelves for any toiletries.
Staff were very attentive and friendly. My only criticism is that we paid for a superior room, but it didn’t feel or look superior. It was on the ground floor with two windows facing Main Street, so the blinds were closed to avoid people looking in. For a standard room that would have been ok, but not for a superior room. "This was a favorite place on our travels throughout Scotland. In a peaceful setting, everything was lovely and immaculately cared for, with many extra nice and small touches. Jane and Richard were excellent hosts, welcoming us warmly, sharing helpful suggestions, and providing a wonderful breakfast with homemade bread. This was a great stay and highly recommend! "

"Andrea was an excellent host, the pod was clean and well stocked with everything you could need to make your own meals. The bed was comfortable and the hot tub was an added bonus to relax after a long drive. Highly recommended! "

"I had a most delightful stay. Getting to the ferry in the AM was a breeze. Lovely views of the harbor. Everything was clean and inviting. Would most definitely stay again!"
