"El
Hotel está limpio pero las instalaciones están en mal estado! Dice que hay alberca y jacuzzi pero el agua está fría, el gimnasio está todo tirado, no hay agua!
Sebastián nos atendió en el check in y con las bicicletas y nos dio buena atención! Su servicio fue excelente pero el hotel no está en las mejores condiciones! Las fotos no son lo que uno ve en realidad"

"First impressions as we parked beside their house was of disorder and we became abit unsure as to what we had booked. The unit was cold but neat and tidy.It could have benefited from a floor rug over the cold flooring., and a proper door mat at the entrance rather than a bath mat.A set of steps on to the decking as well would be a good investment."

"The door handle needs to be pulled towards you when turning the key to open the door. When locking it the key needs to be turned anti clockwise before turning it clockwise in order to work. A bit of a faff; I had to ring the host to help gain access for the first time. Host arrived very quickly to assist.
Bed is very firm and the pillows are not the best. Cutlery could do with replacing. Otherwise all good.

"Our stay at the New Contemporary Studio Escape in Wānaka was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how thoughtfully designed and beautifully presented the space was. It strikes the perfect balance between modern luxury and a warm, inviting atmosphere — every detail feels intentional.
