The bathrooms had less than half a roll of toilet paper with no spare rolls. The kitchen had no sponge to be able to wash up. The main shower was not draining the water properly, and water would spill out. We called to tell them the problems and were told to plunge the shower ourselves (with no plunger available),...

Cleaned as best we could to make it liveable. Drains were all blocked. Contacted Holiday Travel (managers) who were helpful and organised a plumber very quickly. They were also apologetic for state of the place and offered some remuneration. Our experience was further disappointed by nearby patrons on the same property fighting,...

"Canary cottage was lovely the minute you drive down the driveway. Perfectly clean, bed comfy, linen excellent quality. Kitchen well appointed & extras such as plunger coffee, twinning's tea bags & Tea 2 tea an added bonus. The wood burner in the lounge room was so warm & cozy, as well as the floor ducted air con which kept the rest of the house warm. The large, mature garden was delightful to look out on to & wander around, loved watching the bunnies come out to graze! It was also so handy to...
