The lower level features a full entertainment setup with a 9-ft Diamond pool table, wet bar, and media area — perfect for movie nights or game nights with the whole crew.

The Neighborhood

The area is close to skiing and snowboarding (15 minutes to Hunter and Windham), ATV rentals, mountain biking, and endless hiking. We`re happy to share local gems you won`t find in a search — including where to get farm-fresh eggs and grass-fed Black Angus beef. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and offers plenty of privacy.

A car is required to reach the home.

Notes

-All bed linens, blankets, and towels are provided (extra bedding for the downstairs sofa bed is in a bedroom closet)
-Check-out is at 11:00 AM
-Please limit hot tub use to 6 guests to avoid mechanical issues
-The home is private, but neighbors are within earshot — please be mindful of noise (quiet outdoors after 10 PM)
-Exterior security cameras are installed for safety; none face indoor spaces or the hot tub/deck area

Accessibility (Stairs)

The basement is accessible without stairs and includes a bathroom, kitchenette with sink and fridge, and a fold-out sofa bed. The majority of the home, including the main dining space, requires stairs to access.

Jacuzzi with no fence

Hot tub has a cover, but nothing prevents guests from opening it.

Security Cameras

There are 8 cameras total: 2 Ring cameras at the front and back doors, plus 6 exterior security cameras. All cameras face away from the deck and are used solely for the security of the property.
