Located in a quiet and scenic area of northern Germany by the lake, it offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday away from everyday stress. The spacious open-plan kitchen and living area welcome you as you enter, featuring a well-equipped kitchen and a long dining table that seats everyone. This setup is ideal for enjoying meals and quality conversations together. The large activity room provides various games such as billiards, table tennis, table football, and darts, perfect for setting up family tournaments. After the competitions, you can relax with a drink from the activity room bar, bringing along your favorite mixers. For more fun, the private pool area includes a swimming pool with a water slide, ensuring hours of enjoyment for both children and adults.\r\nWhen you need to recharge, head to the large outdoor terrace equipped with a whirlpool, sauna, and shower, offering a tranquil place to relax. \r\nThe outdoor area also caters to younger guests with a swing set, trampoline, and play tower. The house features two sleeping areas, each with three bedrooms, ideal for large families or groups of friends. Additionally, there are four beds in the two lofts, popular with kids and teens. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups. Out of consideration for the neighbours, including permanent residents in the area, we would like to expressly point out that there must be quiet in the area after 10:00 p.m. The outdoor spa may therefore not be used after this time.
