"Our experience was Terrible. They delayed our check-in and refused to give us the room on time. When we finally got in, the room was filthy, smelled awful, and was completely messy. Even worse, someone entered our room without our permission and went through our personal belongings. This is by far the worst hotel and the worst customer service we have ever experienced on a trip. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME ERROR. Do not be fooled by the price. It was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE."

Can't see it happening for more than 1.Communication was challenging, but once i was able to speak with someone things went smoothly. They were very accommodating and easy to deal with. It would have been easier for me personally had i been able to communicate via email, but it worked out."
