La atención de la gente del hotel es mala. Les cuesta resolver los problemas que le planteas no te lo solucionan El hotel es lindo y confortable. El problema es el personal

Me cobraron adicionales que yo había cancelado en efectivo usando una tarjeta de crédito que había usado para cancelar OTRA RESERVA. No hay con quien hablar en ese hotel. El manager NO existe y las empleadas del mostrador son poco serviciales y nada de client friendly

Really nice hotel with great staff
I am really happy about my experience at this hotel. Since we arrived the staff was more than helpful. The room was very nice and it was always clean. The breakfast service was good too, again the staff was always corteous and the área was always clean. Thanks for the great experience

The hotel was amazing
The food was really delicious!!! The service was great !!! Wonderful security!! Cleanliness was great cleaning every spot of the hotel !! Shabat was beautiful very close by to the Kotel we went walking !! I would definitely recommend this hotel

Estoy conforme con el hotel
Nuestra estancia fue buena. Si bien no es la mejor ubicación, el hotel se encuentra a 2 cuadras de transporte público y a pocas estaciones de las puertas a la ciudad vieja. El desayuno es super completo.

aceptable, estuvimos cómodos
Estuvimos cómodos, las habitaciones muy amplias, la blanquearía medio pelo. el hotel está en buenas condiciones, es muy grande, hay mucho movimiento de grupos turísticos, lo que despersonaliza la atención.Nos guardaron las valijas llegando y partiendo sin cargo, lo que es de reconocer.y una noche cenamos ahí, porque se nos había hecho tarde, lo q también estuvo bien.No nos gustó tener que caminar casi 200 más del ascensor a nuestra habitación!!!un despropósito y el supuesto WIFI pésimo!!!

One of the worst hotels i've stayed in
They don't have enough parking so you wait an hour to park your car until another car gets out only at midnight there are no cars going out their parking, the wifi doesn't work and they keep saying they are fixing it, they don't clean your room even when you ask them. If you want any sugestions or help to get around they don't know better than anybody with a map that just landed in Israel. Really bad experience.

El hotel está bastante bien en casi todo. Lo que menos me agradó del hotel es la poca o nula amabilidad de los empleados. No se puede contar con ellos para nada, no están dispuestos a ayudarte en nada. La cama hay que desbaratarla totalmente, de otra forma sólo acomodan las sábanas. Estuve 12 días y nunca aspiraron mi habitación. Hay servicio gratuito 4 veces al día a la ciudad vieja y al centro, es algo de agradecer.

Es mi segunda vez en este hotel,
Es mi segunda vez en este hotel, la primera fue satisfactoria, pensé que no era mala opción, pero ha sido peor que decepcionante. Todo mal, ha pasado de ser un hotel regular, si tenemos en cuenta los precios de Jerusalén, a una pésima opción. ¡Qué fraude más grande!

Nice hotel. Our airconditioning did not work correctly so the room never got below 75°. The TV did not work when we got into the room. I talked to the hotel staff about both problems. They fixed the TV, but even after a maintenance man came to fix the a/c it did not work correctly.

We had 2 connecting rooms for 6 nights. Great hotel in a quiet area. Beautiful large open spaces in hotel with glass windows, plenty of natural light. Large clean guestrooms and quality buffet dining. Helpful staff and great gift shop. Overall great hotel in Jerusalem!

I stayed at Grand Court from May 18 to May 22nd, 2023, in terms of the pluses. It's spotless. The staff are professional and helpful. It's within walking distance to the old city. Many Bein Gurion Tours also pick up from here, and as a woman travelling alone, that made me feel more secure. I had a vast room and I was not expecting such a large space, and it was affordable. Their bottled water was delicious. I would definitely go back. The gift store in the hotel lists prices in USD which is gonna be convenient for some, but I was on Canadian dollars and just confused by their pricing, if it says $20, they mean 100 shekels. I feel like that should be clearer. Maybe put dual pricing. In terms of the negative. The breakfast and dinner buffets are very meh. It's edible, and some salads are good, but I wouldn't call it delicious, and dinner is VERY expensive. You are probably better off eating elsewhere and there are not a lot of diners nearby. It's also a zoo at the front desk when tours arrive. It seemed like a hotel that mostly caters to organized tours. Also, the pool, which was beautiful, never had a lifeguard on duty. They have a clear sign that says it's forbidden to swim without a lifeguard on duty. Never in my 5 days did I see a lifeguard or anyone in the pool? I have concluded the pool is basically for Instagram and not for swimming. Thus, if swimming is critical to your travel, plan to pick a different hotel. Otherwise, I had an amazing time. I'd consider going back.

We arrived at the property first looking at the outside structure got us excited pretty cool looking once we got inside through the parking garage which is okay because it’s it just for cars no? We got into that small spooky hallway leading into tiny elevator won’t fit anything else if we would have more than those 2 luggages and that elevator only takes you the lobby for check in we got at the front desk an hour early and they still checked us in which is nice but what really got our attention was the outside property features including the smell old floors etc. but why would we care if we can have a nice room right? The front desk were so so definitely not a 4 star hotel we grabbed our key tag looked at it low in behold we got up to the 9th floor wow! And walked around almost the entire floor to get to the room (1 elevator section for entire bldg) opening the room we fled OMG! Really???! Are we in the 80th very very old smelly carpet with old furniture lights are blinking on and we placing our stuff down going to the bathroom we found a very old fashioned bathroom really hard to get into the tub hot water very unstable whichever way you set it. We agreed to stay bc we didn’t have where to go in a last minute change we felt very uncomfortable with the staff on very minimal needs like water etc. oh the bar is closed said that costumer relationship manager sitting at the front door sorry we don’t give water…. Oh wow we are staying in hotel without any service…. Can’t write mor
