El Hotel esta muy ubicado. La gente del Hotel no esta tan orientada al servicio, creo que no tienen claro que es un hotel de servicio a turistas.

Había reservado varias habitaciones q llegaban a horas distintas. Al momento de llegar tenían mucha desorganización y no sabían q habitación correspondía. Además tenían registrado algo distinto a lo que yo tenia en mi voucher

aparentemente el hotel tiene un área remodelada y otra no. a nosotros nos toco el área no remodelada. las fotos difieren de la realidad. las habitaciones eran con alfombras y muebles viejos, y con olor feo. además había un problema de un zumbido que intentaron arreglar pero no pudieron. ni siquiera ofrecieron un cambio de habitacion

Muy buena ubicacion, servicios y atencion.
El desayuno excelente, muy variado y completo, las habitaciones confortables, el personal muy amable, presto a solucionar todos los inconvenientes. Bien ubicado, se puede llegar facilmente a pie hasta el shoping Mamila, y al centro comercial de Jerusalem, como tambien a la Ciudad Vieja. A media cuadra hay un supermercado abierto las 24 horas, bien surtido. Tambien hay cajero automatico en el hotel y en las proximidades. Parada de autobus al frente, muy bien comunicado. Por las noches, musica en vivo en el lobby. En suma, excelente estadia.

Habitaciones muy feas
Lo mas relevante es que las habitaciones estan graves, son remodeladas hace miles de años, decidimos irnos a otro hotel!

La experiencia fue buena. Lo único que no encontraron una de mis reservas (tenía hechas 2) y fuen un dolor de cabeza ya que la tuve que garantizar con mi tarjeta de crédito y comunicarme con Expedia para solucionar el inconveniente, lo que me llevó casi 1 hora para hacer el check out

This is a perfectly fine hotel. I had a superior room, which is their middle category. The room is quite small, hardly more than a bed and a dresser but clean and comfortable. It felr conveniently located to me, right across from a bus stop. The hotel smells great and i really enjoyed the breakfast. Its a sorta institutional hotel, mostly filled with extra-large tour groups and delegations. The front desk staff is fine, because the hotel serves.big groups, you werent going to get a high-touch experience with the the staff, but that's fine. There were some families in the hotel and the children were consistently screaming in the hallway outside my room. On Shabbat morning, a group of young children played in the hallway shouting starting at 6 in the morning. It was pretty brutal especially bc the rooms have very thin walls so it was noisy all day. The only way i could sleep was by blasting pink noise from my phone every night. I absolutely do not regret staying there bc it.was a WONDERFUL week generally, but i would not stay at the Dan Panorama again.

Perfect for older travelers. Rooms were carpeted and had a physical key option for the sabbath. The pool closed at 6pm, way too early. Very close to the Kotel if you can walk

Easy access to many sites for tourists. Quiet neighborhood and easy walking to some local restaurants and two parks. Buffet met our needs for breakfast options. Staff was exceptionally helpful with information and help getting transportation.
