By booking this property, you agree to comply with the following house rules and policies.
1. Arrival & Departure
Check-in: 4:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
For insurance and safety reasons, the maximum occupancy of this property may not be exceeded under any circumstances.
Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a fee starting at $100 USD, increasing hourly depending on the delay.
2. No Parties or Gatherings
Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines up to $500 USD and immediate removal from the property without refund.
3. Noise & Neighbors
This property is located in a residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of our neighbors at all times. Quiet hours begin at 11:00 PM. Please keep noise to a minimum after this time and avoid loud music, shouting, excessive noise, or any disruptive behavior. Maintaining a peaceful environment helps us preserve our excellent relationship with the community, keep the listing available, and continue providing outstanding experiences for future guests.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in fines, cancellation of the reservation without refund, and immediate removal from the property.
4. Smoking Policy
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the property. Violations may result in fines up to $500 USD.
5. Pet Policy
Pets are only allowed with prior authorization. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 USD fee.
6. Visitors & Occupancy
Only guests included in the reservation are allowed overnight. Children count as guests and must be included in the reservation. Visitors are not permitted unless approved prior to booking. Violations will result in a $200 USD penalty per person, per night.
7. Damages & Missing Items
Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items. Charges may be up to twice the replacement value for damaged, heavily stained, or missing items, including towels, linens, and other household contents.
8. Parking
Free street parking is available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that we do not offer private or reserved parking spaces. When parking, carefully check all posted street signs, as some areas have scheduled street cleaning restrictions. Vehicles must be moved during the posted cleaning days and hours to avoid parking tickets. Please also avoid parking in restricted zones, in front of driveways, or along yellow curbs, as these areas are subject to towing.
9. Trash & Recycling
Please dispose of trash in designated bins only. There are garbage cans located on the right side of the building where all trash bags should be placed. All trash must be properly sealed inside white trash bags before being disposed of in the containers. If any trash is found outside the designated area or not properly bagged, and this is evidenced by our exterior security cameras, a $650 USD fine will apply.
10. Package Deliveries
Package deliveries are permitted; however, the Host is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.
11. Safety & Liability
For the safety and security of everyone:
Exterior security cameras and hallway cameras are installed.
A noise monitoring device is installed inside the property (it does not record conversations).
Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed throughout the property.
