Please know that all Limitless properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement and may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

Other Things to Note
🔹 Check-in runs from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with checkout before 10:00 AM. A late checkout fee of $75 per hour applies.
🔹 A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors, and a $300 penalty applies for lost key fobs.
🔹 No outside guests are permitted without prior permission.
🔹 One towel per guest is provided per stay.
🔹 A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking.
🔹 Pets are welcome, up to 2 pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee based on stay length applies and may be collected separately depending on the booking platform. A pet fee may also apply for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and ESAs may be declined from certain stays or experiences at the host`s discretion.
🔹 To comply with legal requirements and HOA rules, guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, complete a verification portal, and in some instances undergo a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in cancellation and denied entry. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or used for any other purpose.
🔹 All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement governing the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation, guests agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions, to provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in, to potentially pay for a damage waiver or security deposit, and to undergo a background check if required by the property management company or building.
🔹 For safety and a seamless check-in within the building, all adult guests in the reservation are required to send a photo of their government ID, which will be forwarded to the building`s administration. A third-party verification process must also be completed prior to check-in, with the verification link sent by email once the booking is confirmed.
