Recerve 1 noche y por motivos personales no pude salir el siguiente día y recerve otro y hablé con tiempo para que me dieran la misma habitación y me dieron otra y que estrés mover todo de cuarto a cuarto y creo que hasta más conveniente dejarme en la misma x el trabajo de limpiar otra habitación pero bien solo eso me moleste de allí todo bien

El servicio muy amables, los chichos que están en recepción muy muy amables. Nos dieron toda información para salir a la cuidad, el lugar muy limpio las habitaciones muy grades espero volver pronto lo recomiendo

Excelentes las atenciones. Algunas mejoras como en todo lugar sucedería. Pero es un buen lugar y cómodo. En un futuro me volvería a hospedar ahí con mi familia. Gracias!

Limpieza y habitaciones muy bien. El desayuno incluido es un fraude, en la recepción no tienen ninguna información, tienen convenio con un servicio de comidas externo al hotel que se llama Anna Maria, que tiene un pésimo servicio al cliente, hasta son mal educados con los huespedes del hotel y lo pasan como si nada.

Everything was great! I just have a few things I would change, like bigger tvs (19” hard to see on), better music selection at the bar/restaurant and I’m sorry but fire the chef that does the breakfast buffet lol. It was free and edible but nasty. I could’ve walked to Wendy’s across the street. Overall 4.5 stars !

Front desk staff did what they could. Manager did not help with my situation asking for a room with a shared interior door…..even when we made absolutely sure to call 2 weeks ago to request. We were told there would be no problem. Once we were there, there was nowhere we could go at that time. If not, we would have left the hotel. Staff durimg breakfast was rude. Specifically the lady up front. Would not sit us down because we were missing a breakfast voucher even when I told her I would just pay for it. Overall a VERY sour experience. Good thing we opted to just sleep there and not have any time at the hotel. THE ONLY great, absolutely great experience we had was at the Italian restaurant. Servixe was amazing, chef came around to say hi to my kids, talk to them, joke around and offer to cook anything they wanted. It was an amazing -very authentic- italian experience. We loved that part and will absolutely go back to the restaurant. We will just stay somewhere else. :/
