La limpieza del hotel es muy escasa, hay cucarachas en las habitaciones y huelen a cigarrillo todo el tiempo. Había una uña en la cama, el hotel es económico pero con muy mala limpieza

El servicio PESIMO!!!! tuvimos un problema con el pago de tarjeta no se reflejaba y a mi cuenta si el caso es que tuvimos que pagar otra vez pero eso no es el problema si no la actitud del personal en ese momento literal nos aventó la tarjeta de la habitación nos hizo gestos y caras como si nos estuviera regalando el cuarto no me volvería a quedar ahí por ese detalle todo lo demás estuvo bien

Me quede un fin de semana en familia del viernes 21 a domingo 23 de abril 2023, la habitación que me dieron tenía un mal olor a cigarrillo y a humedad al ser asmática lo notifique y me cambiaron de habitación y aún así el olor a humedad se sentía. El techo tiene filtraciones con hongo, el desayuno es terrible todo son cosas congeladas te dicen que el horario del desayuno es hasta las 10 y llegas a las 8:30 y ya no hay nada y las empleadas te dicen que lo qué hay es lo que queda ahí. Del baño salieron 2 cucarachas y una de las camas estaba rota la experiencia fue pésima. NO LO RECOMIENDO LO ECONÓMICO SALE CARO al final!!!!! Pésimo servicio!
