We loved our stay at this VBRO near New York City! It was conveniently located with lots of options for shops and restaurants nearby. The place was spacious and cozy perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring New York City.The owners were extremely helpful and responsive, which made the experience even better. Just a few blocks away were stunning views of New York City and plenty of activities and restaurants nearby.Getting into Manhattan was a breeze, making it an ideal spot for anyone who wants easy access to the city, while still enjoying a quieter welcoming neighborhood.

This was perfect for our first family trip to NYC. We could all fit in the apartment (me, spouse & 3 teens) and my husband & I even got our own room. That would NEVER happen in Manhattan. The apartment was clean & well stocked with anything you need. It is an older apartment that has been recently furnished; however, the ‘older’ features give it appeal. Location to the Hoboken train station is about a 10-15 minute walk which I won’t lie was hard after walking in Manhattan all day. That being said, it is a cute walk with a ton of stores and restaurants. I would highly recommended this apartment. What a gift!

We had a decent stay, but there were some drawbacks for us. There isn't any parking close, so we had walk several blocks with our luggage. There was also the expense of the garage, but that is probably pretty common I think near NYC. Transportation into the city on the PATH was really easy, fast, and vlran. We had some trouble figuring out how to get the code to work once we got to the apartment. There were a lot of stairs up to the apartment. It had window AC that had to be turned off while you were away. The apartment did cool down fairly quickly once turned on though. The living room was cute and the bedrooms were pretty cozy.

Great location, as close to NYC as you can get for a VRBO. Neighborhood was good. The apartment itself is fine. Some street noise. It’s on a third floor with some pretty steep stairs, so we had to be a little careful with our two-year-old as we went up and down.

Perfect Location

We chose to stay here for our son’s graduation present trip to NYC, this apartment is absolutely in the perfect location. You walk literally around the corner and it opens up to everything!! The beds in the apartments were absolutely the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! If we ever come back we will definitely be staying here again! Easy check in and check out. I can’t speak into words how highly we thought of this place!

NYE stay

We stayed from 12/31 to 01/04. Since we have stayed in Hoboken before we knew that this is the perfect town to stay at when visiting NYC. The apartment was great as was the host. We‘ll definitely book it again for future family travels.

Wonderful apartment in Hoboken

The apartment is really very nice, quiet and cosy. We liked very much Hoboken.... nice shops, restaurants and cafés are close to the apartment. We always felt safe. Wonderful!

Adorable apartment in great neighborhood

I think this was my favorite rental yet. The apartment was super comfortable and everything you could want is in a short walking distance. The owner, Mena, left lots of thoughtful touches. We took the PATH Train to lower Manhattan and typically took the 126 bus when we went to Port Authority. It’s a good idea to install the NJ transit app for bus tickets to Manhattan. Thanks to Mena for a great vacation.

Great Stay in Hoboken

Just got back from a terrific guys weekend in NYC where we stayed at this terrific property in Hoboken NJ. The property was clean and in great working order with comfortable beds and kitchen. TV was decent but mostly streaming channels where it was difficult to find live sports content. Furniture like chairs and sofa were basic but not fancy. The location was great with easy transit options to Manhattan. One of the best aspects is the proximity to Washington Avenue. Only steps away to tons of great food, pubs, supplies and shopping. I can highly recommend this property!

Great Host! Family Friendly.

We have been talking for years to take the kids to NYC and decided that staying away from the city would be nicer for a family of 5. Hoboken, this home and our host was perfect for us to enjoy city living. It was super easy to get to the path and into NYC. The neighborhood was clean, quiet enough and safe. There was everything you needed within walking distance. The home was an old beautiful brownstone. This is definitely 5 star!!

This place was perfect for our family if 4! We came to check out NYC colleges for our daughter and enjoyed the neighborhood and quick train transportation to New York City! We’d definitely stay here again!
