"The most thoughtful and clean place I've ever stayed.... and that view from the back windows! Little things like daily breakfast options, coffee/sugar, ziplock baggies, condiments, chip clips, and the Red Rocks parking pass - very kind and most appreciated when traveling. Terry was a stellar host - very informative and communicative. We are sun up/sun down hikers and have stayed at lots of different places. This was a pleasant surprise, and I highly recommend. "

"This was a great little place to stay during my getaway in Sedona. Everything was exactly as stated, the decor was very cute, things were clean and the area was quiet but still very close to the main road in West Sedona. There were lots of different birds and a few other creatures to look at outside the kitchen window due to a water dish and some bird feeders placed out there, which was a nice added touch!"

"It’s clean and the location is great but when is the last time someone went on site? Lock was missing its cover. Fireplace didn’t work at all. Barely any towels given. It was overall really disappointing. Would not recommend it for the cost. I’d rather just get a hotel room "

"The property was just as advertised. Very clean, well appointed, close to attractions. We really appreciated the Red Rocks Park pass. The pool and grounds were awesome. Grocery store and many restaurants were within walking distance. We felt very safe in the are walking after dark. "
