Espectacular
Precioso lugar. Tal y como reflejan las fotos del anuncio, incluso mejor. El trato, tanto de Jose cómo el de su mujer, excepcional. Es como estar en tu propia casa y el tener garaje con acceso directo a la vivienda, es un punto a su favor. Sin duda, es un lugar al que volver y recomendar. Espectacular.

Excelente alojamienro ubicado en el centro de la ciudad.
Dias de vacaciones en un alojamiento tipico de la ciudad de Jerez con todas las comodidades. Los dueños dan todas las facilidades. La limpieza y el servicio también muy buenos

Hemos estado alojados con mi familia en esta vivienda durante cuatro noches y ha sido todo perfecto. José un anfitrión excepcional. Nos ha ayudado a conocer mejor Jerez con sus indicaciones y se ha preocupado que estuviéramos a gusto en la vivienda. La casa muy cómoda, bonita, limpia, amplia y con muchos detalles que le dan mucha personalidad. Muy bien ubicada en el centro. Una casa para repetir y recomendar.

El apartamento es ideal, espacioso, cuidado hasta el último detalle además de precioso, muy autentico de la zona, está céntrico y como tiene parking, no te preocupas por el coche. Jose es encantador y muy buen anfitrión. Si volvemos seguro que repetimos.

¡El alojamiento ha sido perfecto! Nos ha encantado la limpieza, la amplitud y la preciosa decoración, además de la zona de terraza, cocina, salón. La ubicación inigualable, en pleno centro y además con garaje incluido. Jose el propietario super amable, nos indico lugares y planes cercanos, además de explicarnos todos los extras que incluia el alojamiento. Si volvemos a Jerez, repetiremos seguro.

El apartamento ideal
Una planta baja en mitad del casco antiguo con mucho espacio, muy tranquilo, muy limpio y totalmente equipado. Muy bien comunicado con el resto de ciudades. El trato recibido por el propietario ha sido excelente, nos hemos sentido como en casa. Si planeas unas vacaciones es el apartamento ideal.

Maravillosa estancia en Jerez
Hemos pasado un magnifico puente en Jerez. La casa perfectamente situada, con parking, muy limpia y muy coqueta. Tanto Jose como su esposa, fueron muy atentos con nosotros en todo lo que nos hizo falta, Además nos envió información de las zambombas jerezanas y rutas de bares donde comer, tapear y disfrutar de la gastronomía de la zona. Muchas gracias por todo. La casa es muy recomendable. Volveremos y la recomendaremos a los amigos

Muy buena la casa la atención de José .Se preocupo por proporcionarnos dato para visitar. A destacar la limpieza de la casa .ubicación óptima para realizar muchos paseos sin tener que tomar locomocion. ,de cualquier forma tienes servicios a todos lados y se toman muy cerca. Large spacious apartment with a number of separate rooms/living spaces. Kitchen was well appointed, with several supermarkets in easy reach - watch out for Sunday closing though. Three different eating spaces in the flat, including a sunny roof terrace up about three flights of stairs. Very convenient location for all tourist spots in Jerez - we only needed to use our car once: everywhere else was within walking distance. Many restaurants and bars nearby. José was a perfect host: very helpful and supportive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Jose was an absolute gentleman and amazing host. He was more than helpful. He gave us an amazing amount of information about the local area and researched how to get to places he knew we wanted to go. The apartment was more than big enough and very clean. It had everything we needed and more.

Lovely historic apartment in central Jerez
We absolutely loved this apartment. It suited us very well and is just the sort of place we like - very characterful and very Spanish. We started early at Stansted and so we were very grateful to be able to arrive early and settle in. Jose is very helpful although we had done a lot of research (as sherry tourists) and had appointments at various sherry houses. The apartment is on the ground floor and it is also possible to go up and spend time on the roof. There is also a courtyard on the ground floor, with an open room off it. We really appreciated our indoor /outdoor space. It was hotter than we expected in Jerez but the architecture of the building means it was cool and comfortable inside. We had a lot of space, books and everything worked as it should. We also liked the decoration with lots of interesting art work and pots. The kitchen is small but it works and we cooked at least one meal in it. The location of the apartment could not be better. It is close to all shops, tapas and sherry bars and bodegas. Everything is walkable within 15 to 20 minutes, including the railway station. It was perfect for us. Thank you.

Jose and Marion are the perfect hosts. The lovely apartment is centrally located and just feels like home. The piso is huge, well equipped, and comfortable. There are two bonus rooms rendering this flat spacious. Jose keeps in touch offering daily suggestions for events here in Jerez.

If you love character and charm, this is the perfect place. From the rooftop terrace to the romance of the dining room we were swept off our feet. Jose, our host, was absolutely lovely. Throughout our stay he kept us informed of interesting events and places to see. We did not want to leave!

We had a wonderful stay. José was flexible on our arrival and very responsive to our messages. He was incredibly welcoming and gave us some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The flat is perfectly located in a quiet street with almost everything less than a 10 minutes walk away. It was clean, with a well equipped kitchen and lovely terrace to sit out on. We will definitely be back if we return to Jerez!

Super netter Vermieter! Immer für fragen da. Wohnung ist im landestypischen Zustand, deswegen nicht die vollen Sterne. Aber alles sauber! Unterkunft ist groß und alles da was man braucht. Sehr ruhig, man hört keinen Straßenlärm! Trotzdem ist man mitten in der Stadt, kurze Laufwege. Wir haben uns mit unseren kleinen Hund sehr wohlgefühlt! Kommen gerne wieder!

What a Wonderful place!
We are so happy that we booked this place. Jose is absolutely wonderful and his home is so beautiful! From open air rooms and big windows for lots of natural light, to wonderful art and vintage artifacts all over this three level home, this apartment is a dream. If you want a taste of what it would be like to live in Spain in style, look no further. We were right in the heart of Jerez and had an easy commute to anywhere we wanted to go. We would absolutely stay here again.

Sitting Pretty
Nothing is missing for an enjoyable stay. Jose is a gentleman, eager to help guide you through the secrets of Jerez. Comfortable. Quiet. Modest in the best ways. Super location for concerts, restaurants, visits to many sherry bodegas. You can walk to the other side of central Jerez in 20 minutes.

I look forward to Returning to this property
This was a fantastic property for our family of 5! The entire property we had access to was very large. We all had plenty of room and used the rooftop patio and library room which was really nice. The location downtown was right in the middle of everything but at the same time, it was quiet as it is tucked away in side street next to all the main streets and attractions. Jose was a phenomenal host! He spoke great English, was extremely helpful with recommendations on places to visit and places to eat. When we went to the beach (which was only 25 minutes away) he let us use his beach towels and a boogie board. I can't say enough great things about Jose and his property. Our whole experience at this property contributed to a wonderful trip for our family.

A Wonderful Experience
I can not say enough about Jose and his property! We traveled to Spain to visit friends in the same town and we wanted to be close to them. The location was amazing and the accommodations lived up to our expectations. The amount of private space we had was incredible from the separate bonus sitting room in the foyer, the indoor out door living room and the roof top deck! Jose was so nice to communicate with and he made our stay extremely enjoyable. He even provided up with dinner options and events which were happening during this holiday period. If you are in Jerez, this is a place you should stay!!! Thank you Jose!

Ideal home away from home.
We spent a month in this amazing apartment in Jerez. The location is perfect. Close to everything but on a quiet street. We wanted to live like locals and we were certainly able to do that! The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The outside courtyard dining room was a huge plus. The rooftop is also a nice bonus. It’s two stories up some steep steps but worth it :) Jose is awesome. He had a lot of great advice about where to eat and where to visit. Some of places we discovered like Bolonia Beach and Grazalema weren’t on our list but were definitely worth the trip. And he and his wife helped us get to Tarifa which was above and beyond. We were so grateful! He also made sure that we knew what was going on in town so we could participate. Jerez is a great spot to be as a base. Not only is there lots to see and do in town but with the airport and train links it was easy to get to Cadiz, Seville and Cordoba without a car. There is parking at the apartment so if you do rent a car there is a garage to park it in. There is lots of excellent food to enjoy and we loved the vibe. We will definitely go back one day. Fantastic location and host
We had a super stay in Jerez. Jose was the perfect host and provided us with lots of current info about restaurants, sights etc. The apartment is very spacious with several additional, outside areas that we were invited to use. The downstairs, open, dining area was great for lunches. This is a very good value for money apartment. Not a modern, shiny, character-free flat but it does have all the things you need for an extended stay.

Belle maison andalouse bourgeoise atypique. De grands espaces à 2 pas de toutes les attractions. Le marché tout à côté est extrêmement intéressant. Coup de coeur pour la ville blanche d'Arcos. Séville à une heure de train. Le parking est un plus.

Perfect apartment in the middle of the city!
The apartment is large and cosy and keeps cool even on hot days or nights. There are different outside spaces that makes it very enjoyable to spend time, have dinner or a late glass of sherry. The owners live above, are very nice and helpful and just a second away if we needed any help or had any questions. Thank you very much. It was great!

Beautiful home in the heart of Jerez.
All 4 of us loved our time spent in José’s home. It was perfectly located in the heart of Jerez de la Frontera and only a few minutes walk from everything we needed. The house was very spacious, clean and well equipped and we loved all of the outdoor space we had to be able to soak up the sunshine. José was the perfect host, very welcoming and gave us great recommendations of places to visit locally. We would all love to return sometime in the future.

The place to be in Jerez!!
Just back from a weeks holiday spent in our most favorite place on earth - Jerez de la Frontera, city of the great Spanish horses, narrow authentic streets and bars with Sivilliana and Flamenco dancers, the unbeatable Sherry wines and the tapas bars. José was again a gem of a host for our second visit. José was so helpful with travel information and even parked his car nearby so we could access his garage on site. Everything is exactly as pictured, a Spick and Span super comfortable apartment with a beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops. And behind the apartment a cozy cool Bodega The location is perfect, in the old part of Jerez, on a narrow quiet street, just a block or two from the centre. José gave us lots of suggestions on where to shop, inquired about the things we like and really wanted to make our stay as personal as possible. Maps and travel info, restaurant recommendations were so appreciated. We asked José dozens of questions, José overwhelmed us with suggestions. It is not for nothing that José has 100 reviews on VRBO with the highest odds!!! I hope to visit José next year and would definitely stay in this first class apartment! Prima verblijf
Dit verblijf is ideaal gelegen, op een paar minuten van het centrum en alle bezienswaardigheden in Jerez. De inrichting is prima, maar wel erg gedateerd en eenvoudig. Een gewoon koffieapparaat is bijvoorbeeld er niet, maar wel een ouderwetse percolator :) Er is weinig daglicht en daardoor is het heerlijk koel, maar heb je ook geen idee van het weer buiten. De trap naar het dakterras is een avontuur op zich, het dakterras is heerlijk, maar in de zomer natuurlijk snel te warm. De Wifi is prima en de (kleine) inpandige garage is natuurlijk helemaal super. José is een uitstekende gastheer, die goed Engels spreekt en klaar staat als je hem nodig hebt. Wij verblijven hier zeker weer indien we ooit in Jerez zijn. José, bedankt voor het verblijf!

Bedankt voor je observaties. Misschien heb je gelijk, we zullen de inrichting heroverwegen, en als je ooit terugkeert naar Jerez op zoek naar het altijd blijvende mooie zuidelijke weer, beloof ik je een gewoon koffiezetapparaat.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par José, l’appartement est parfaitement bien situé pour profiter de la ville de jerez et de ses environs ( Cadix, Séville, vejer etc..). Jerez city centre traditional home, very comfortable, very clean with room for the car!
This home has it all, a city centre location within 5mins walk of El Arenal, the Alcazar, and all the historic attractions in this beautiful city. The apartment is sparklingly clean and very comfortable, better than advertised. It is on the ground floor of a very traditional home, no noise, no fuss and you are the only guest in the house with access to a cool shaded atrium, a roof terrace and a library. It was a pleasure to meet Jose who knows his city and couldn't be more welcoming or more helpful.....we will be back again.

Tolle Lage- fantastischer Vermieter
Die Wohnung ist riesig, großzügig, hat Atmosphäre, ist schön möbliert, liegt mitten in der Altstadt. Unser Auto konnten wir in der hauseigenen Garage abstellen. Jose ist ein hervorragender Vermieter; er bot uns seine Fahrräder an, empfahl Restaurants, buchte für uns ein Taxi… Das einzige, warum wir 1 Stern Abzug machen ist das mangelnde Licht. Es gibt nur Fenster zum Innenhof- man weiß nicht, wie das Wetter ist. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung mit Innenhof und Dachterrasse
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig. Schön eingerichtet und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Sie liegt zentral und bietet einen schönen Innenhof und eine Dachterrasse. Die Innenstadt mit Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. José ist ein super freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber.
