Adorable beachy cottage with a private dock for fishing or just to sit and relax. Within Nettles Island community so you have access to clubhouse, pool and a beautiful pool across the street at the beach. Definitively recommend you rent a golf cart which makes getting around more enjoyable.

We enjoyed our week in Nettles Island. The house was perfect. We spent almost every day fishing and on our last day we saw a school of dolphins. It was the perfect sendoff. Allison was fantastic. She communicated with us to make sure that we had everything. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you Allison.

Peaceful beach vacation

The house is welcoming and fully stocked with all you need. The house is nicely decorated and had plenty of room for everyone in the family. The view is amazing and you won’t be tired of looking at dolphins. It was easy to contact the owners for any quick questions and we left very happy.

Great Riverside Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! There was plenty of room and it had everything we needed to prepare meals. The dock was very nice but a little high off the water to launch our kayaks. We were able to wait until the tide was high to do this and there is a boat ramp in the community as well. So it wasn't a big deal. We saw lots of dolphins every day! We also enjoyed the private beach and all of the games.in the community. There was so much to do we wish we could have stayed longer! We would definitely come back in the future!

Spectacular experience

I have rented many different homes in Nettles over the years and I have to say this was the best, our am routine was the have coffee on the dock and watch the Dolphins, getting ready for the day was easy with two bathrooms and two showers, we had plenty of room for all of use to sleep, two beds in one of the rooms and one queen in the other two bedrooms. I had family that lives in Fla and they were very impressed by this property and its location on the island, told us we got the best deal, I agree!!!!! I would rent again! We fished of the deck and had a great time in the pools, we rented the golf cart and used it to go to the ocean pool, and just drive around the island!!

April spring break

Allison was great to work with. She was reliable and trustworthy and even confirmed what items would be at the nettles property for us to use. The golf cart worked great and my 4 kids loved being able to use the available bikes, fishing poles, and boogie boards. The place was also cleaned well for our stay. We enjoyed our time here and hope to be able to stay here again!

Wonderful

This was a beautiful property right on the Indian river. I enjoyed having my morning coffee right on the dock. We even saw dolphins! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The amenities of Nettle's Island can't be beat. Will definitely book here in the future.

Amazing home, amazing vacation

We had an incredible vacation at this home. It came just as advertised and the beauty of the dock cannot be overstated. We fished daily, saw dolphins half of the week and loved the sunrise and sunset. The grounds were great, the pools were great and the food in the area was top notch. Get the golf cart added as it is so convenient to take to the pools, beach, grocer and restaurant across the street. Already planning our 2024 vacation here after being home for only a day.

Wonderful Vacation

We loved this property. The golf cart was essential in getting my handicapped father in law to the beach. My teen kids always had something outside of the home to be engaged and off their devices. The kitchen was truly the best stocked kitchen of any home where we have previously stayed.

Amazing location for all ages

My 12 yr olds words “this place is wonderful can we stay for all time” The house and location were exactly as the owner’s described. They have thought of everything that each situation may need for guests. We loved watching the water out back each night after a long day either at the private beach or pool. Or both if we went to the beach pool. Fishing off the dock my kids caught Flounder,catfish & ballyhoo. Renting the golf cart was perfect although it takes up parking. Which parking is the only flaw at this house and it was minimal. We drive a 2022 Silverado and it was a Tetris game to get it in the driveway if we had brought another vehicle it wouldn’t have fit. However next time we will just drive my Subaru and have plenty of parking. The breakfast place & the restaurant at the Marina were perfect additions to the house. We will definitely be back. Hopefully every year.

The Walk's Vacation June 2023

Property owners were great when I reached out about the golf cart we rented that had a small issue with the wheel Allison got right back to me and got me another golf cart. Kids had a lot of fun fishing and hanging out at the club house an pool. Have a little grocery store on the island which BTW the people there are super nice and we went there every morning on the golf cart to get breakfast. Just a relaxing place and very pretty views from the house as well as the deck. Pictures of the house are exactly that and the showers worked great ! Would definitely book again.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this perfect property! It was just as described, if not better. The owners were easy to work with and you can tell they love this property. The rec center was great fun for all, 13 to 82 years old! The island has everything you could need! And the fishing was great! We will definitely be back!

Nettles Island Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. Our unit was very cozy and has a great location right on the inter coastal waterfront. From our private dock, we enjoyed watching wildlife, birds, jumping fish and several times we were fortunate to have witnessed dolphins passing!
