This house did not look like the pictures!!! The home was run down with broken kitchen cabinets, stained carpets, broken blinds, etc. The outside was completely disgusting with dead trees, a baron weed lawn and piles of debris. The backyard pool area was a complete mess. The photos show nice grass around the pool which is nonexistent. The entire backyard was dirt and piles of old clippings. The owners need to hire a handyman to fix the issues inside and do something to clean up the outside. We were embarrassed to invite our family over to sit by the pool! On a positive note; The size of the house was good, the AC worked well and the master bed was comfortable but that’s where it ends. Don’t be fooled by the pictures on line as you will be highly disappointed. Also noted: When we arrived I texted the listed contact “Teffany”. I asked about our door code in which she answered immediately. I then mentioned our concerns (including photos) and she ignored me and never answered again. Very poor management on top of all the other issues. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere.

Check in was delayed due to cleaners still on site. Multiple windows unlocked or open on arrival. No garbage bags or dishwasher pods. Master Bath toilet loose. Outside of house in need of serious upgrade or maintenance. Backyard with pool completely uninviting to use. Chairs soiled or cheap and complete lack of landscaping - nothing but sand and burrs around pool. Location good but would consider stay way overpriced.

The home was clean, comfortable and close to downtown Jensen and both beaches. My aunt and I enjoyed the closeness to everything without the noise you would think would be associated. We both had a very pleasant experience. Definitely would recommend to larger groups and we will our friends. Thank you.

Was very impressed with this home! It had everything you could need or want. Wonderful location and peaceful. If there would be one bad thing it’s the back patio area, it really needs to be cleaned up. Will most definitely be back!!

Disappointing

We were very excited to stay here as we love Jensen Beach, but unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The pool was not running at all and was completely unusable—it was filthy, filled with debris, and even had wads of hair floating in it. This was a major letdown, as the pool was one of the main reasons we booked the property.Upon entering the house, we were immediately hit with a strong smell of dog urine, which lingered throughout our stay. We also discovered critters in the cabinets and bugs all over the dirty pots and pans—making it very uncomfortable to use the kitchen.To make matters worse, communication with the property manager was poor. We were told someone would be sent to address these issues, but no one ever came, and the problems remained unresolved throughout our stay.Overall, the condition of the property did not meet basic cleanliness standards, and the lack of follow-through only added to our frustration. This experience fell far below our expectations.

Great home for 3 couples!

This space worked out perfect for our group of 3 couples. Walking to town is easy and it is close to everything we wanted to do. The place was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our weeklong stay. We will definitely consider this place for next year.

Beach House

Property was cute and quirky, decorated in beach theme. It was clean. It was strangely laid out with two doors leading to the pool through the bedrooms. The pool is very close to the doors, but was clean. I had a two year old with us, so obviously worried about pool security. Each door had 3-4 separate locks as well as one door with an alarm. It was a very dated property covered up with paint. Location was the best part, walking distance to restaurants, a few shops and water (not a sand beach). 2 miles from sand beach. Kitchen had plenty of basic dishes for cooking/serving. The bathrooms are dated, but plenty of good shower water pressure. Tub needs recaulked and towels need replacing. It was clean and met our needs but would not stay here again.

A lovely…tear down

This place is advertised to be a 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a lovely outdoor but in reality it’s an old bungalow falling apart with minimal care by the property managers. We could not use the third bedroom that was needed because was occupied and used as a storage room with all outdoor patio furniture, so we end up to have one person sleeping on the sofa bed that was in the second bedroom creating an uncomfortable situation because of no privacy. We could not use the outdoor area because all furniture was inside the bedroom, se we could not use the pool, grill and eat outside. The second bathroom is a joke, the shower head is so rusted that no water comes out from it. The master bedroom has a mattress that is probably fifty years old, and the bed structure will collapse any time soon. The washer had mold inside, so watch out if you plan on using it. Thee kitchen is outdated and cabinets falling apart. If you have 1200 to spend for two nights i recommend to go somewhere else because this place is not worth that at all. Also the house is so close to the street that you can hear every single car cruising by. Overall a disaster experience. We even found underwear from previous guests which tells you how clean that Property is. On top of that the vacasa team and or local property manager absolutely useless and unprofessional

We had an amazing visit. The details and bright colors were beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and backyard. The corner location is beautiful and loved seeing the water nearby.

Birthday Week

The house was just perfect for the 4 of us. Conveniently located to fun restaurants and the beach. It was clean and very quiet. Beds were comfy and the living room was nice. We did cook a few meals and had all the utensils we needed. We also used the grill. All was very good. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or to recommend the property.

I enjoyed my stay and the house was great everything is well distributed. The only thing I recommend to the rental company in charge of this property is to fumigate once a week. I had to kill roaches everyday
