We enjoyed a nice relaxing extended weekend at this VRBO! It was just the 2 of us but if we had more staying there was plenty of room! Having 2 sitting/living rooms is a nice benefit! We had everything we needed and more! We would stay here again for sure! It’s quiet and clean! Unfortunately the wind was really strong so we didn’t get a lot of time at the beach! But that’s hurricane season in Florida not much you can do about that. The hot tub and pool more than made up for it! Thanks for sharing the VRBO with us!!

Awesome relaxation retreat

The location was great with the pool in the backyard and a short walk to the ocean. My family was able to relax and unwind for the week while enjoying all of the amenities. The house was came with all the toys and beach supplies needed for my young children and there was ample towels for the family. Would definitely recommend. There was an issue during our stay that we contacted the owner about and they were extremely prompt and had it corrected immediately, exactly as you would want from a super host.

July Beach House stay

The beach house was well stocked. We found everything we needed for the beach/pool and to cook meals at the house. My family was very comfortable during our stay. There are mosquitoes outdoors during that time of year. Bring some bug spray. The proximity to the beach can't be beat. We enjoyed walking over to the beach at less busy times (early mornings and evenings). The pool was fabulous and the perfect way to unwind and cool off. Good neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Another great stay!

We've been to this property several times and the reason We keep going back is how wonderful it is. Everybody can have privacy if need be and having a pool in the back yard was great for a late afternoon swim. Love how close the beach is too!!! We will keep comong back to this amazing home!

Perfect beach getaway

We absolutely loved the stay! The house was perfect, and the host was so accommodating and quick to respond, tons of little supplies in the house, allowed early checkin late checkout. You can tell she cares about her guests and the quality of their stay. I will say 2 of the 3 beds are very firm. House has beach toys, chairs, cooler, floats, beach towels, absolutely everything you need to make it a relaxing trip. The beach is wonderful, blue water, not Crowded and 3-5 minute walk to the beach depending on how much stuff you’re bringing.We will definitely be back!

Annual Trip to Beach House

Have been staying here for several years and it never disappoints! The house is immaculate, the pool is a private oasis, it’s the perfect location on the island and we want for nothing! We have stayed at this location many times and it never disappoints! All of Kate's places are well maintained and have everything you need; this one holds a special spot in our hearts as it is so close to the ocean and has such a great fenced in back yard.

This is the second year staying here for two weeks. This property is amazing has all the amenities and the salt water pool and jacuzzi is great. We will definitely be staying here again next year. Plus easy walk out the backyard to the beach and restaurant. Highly recommend this house.

Always a wonderful stay!

We love staying at the beach house. It is stocked with everything you need to feel at home. The yard and pool are perfect and the quick walk to the private beach access is amazing. Love, love, love staying here- this was our 4th or 5th time!

Great place to stay! Hurricane Milton sucks!

The house exceeded our expectations! Perfect location to the beach! Can't get much closer unless you are right on the beach! We cut our trip short because of the expected rain due to hurricane Milton. Even though she didn't have to because there wasn't an evacuation she gave us a partial refund. Very nice home in a great location. We didn’t realize from the ad that it was part of a duplex and there was an issue with the draining in the bathroom tub. Other than that it was as described and we had a great time.

Clean, Comfortable and Cute!

Very cute duplex house with a GREAT pool. Our little dog enjoyed the fenced backyard and daily neighborhood walks. Quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything including a beautiful beach. Highly recommend!

Vacation Oasis

I return to this property year after year because it’s perfect! The home is immaculate and has everything I need. The pool is nothing short of Heaven. The beach is conveniently located right across the street. There are many great restaurants nearby. Kathleen is very easy to work with and everything is taken care of. There is nothing more I could possibly need during my time there…except more time!!! My best friend and I absolutely LOVE this place and will keep coming back!
