Smuggs Family Vacation

The stay was wonderful. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located. The shuttle service in the resort is excellent. We would have liked a wood fireplace instead of gas, but it did the job. The only thing that we were disappointed in was that access to the pool was not included with our rental. I did not see this in the description or any of the emails. The woman running the pool was VERY nice and gave us a complimentary pool day as she mentioned that some packages include it and some don't, so she understood. This would have been nice to know in advance. We wanted a second pool day, so we had to purchase a "Daycation" pass to use it for 1 day. It was a pretty significant and unexpected cost. It did include other activities, but all we wanted was the pool, and that was not an option. Make sure you ask if your rental includes the pool.

Fun family ski getaway

Our first time at Smuggler’s Notch and what a delightful experience this resort offers! We had great service and an excellent ski in/out location right on the hill. We ate dinner once off property and once on. The on property meal was much better and a great apre ski family vibe. With three mountains and plenty of snow we had a great time. I’d reccomend coming back.

Place was very spacious. Locations was very convenient. Close to rentals, lift tickets, general store, ice cream, pizza, etc. Only thing is that it is not exactly slopeside. Cannot ski in/out. However, it is a very short walk to the lift.

Sycamore condo

This resort is great, condo was clean and well appointed. Bedroom 2 queen mattress needs replacing as it dips in the center but otherwise everything was wonderful. Check in was disappointing as other groups were given their keys as we had to wait until 5;00, even though the maids said our room would be ready at 3. Never had that late a check in here before so was frustrating.

Nice Size Condo

The condo was perfect for what we were looking for. It was pretty stocked with what we needed to cook meals with and there was lots of towels. The main living area was a bit warm but the bedrooms had air conditioning. The drive up the mountain was beautiful but the huge boulders need to be cut back. The pool opened at 12:00 and we would have liked at least a 10:00am time slot.

Everything was perfect except for the constant annoying beeping sound of the snow plow backing up at night, by our window from the time we went to bed, until right before the slopes opened every morning. Otherwise, the place was gorgeous and over exceeded our expectations!

Routine Winter Road Closure Not Convenient

Nice property. Fairly clean. This being our first time to VT and specifically skiing/boarding at Stowe, we were shocked to come to the realization that the short drive to Stowe was about an hour because of the normal winter road closure! We still had a nice stay just spent more time on the road then we expected! Stowe was great, well worth it.

Great Time at Smuggs!

We had a terrific time at the Disc Golf Pro Tour Green Mountain Championship! The condo was beautiful with all the necessary amenities. Big rooms, plenty of beds, clean, and comfortable. Location was perfect for our stay, and the price was right. Owner was super responsive. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Family week.

The condo was spacious and kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Very clean. The only problem we had was my 78 year old sister in law fell trying to get in the tub/shower. She didn't know there was a mat under the sink. You might have a sign or put a handicap bar?? We all had a great time. Thank you.

Beautiful property!

I can't express in words how relaxing and expansive this condo was! My kids had plenty of room on the opposite end of the condo, we had a huge bedroom with a jacuzzi whirlpool tub and the entire condo overlooked the mountains. It was incredible!

Quiet area of resort

This location was perfect for the disc golf tournament we attended…right off the 12th tee of the Brewster Ridge course. We were able to walk instead of driving to the course.

Wish could of stayed longer

The owl section of Smugglersnotch resort was very nice! Clean, up to date, condo had everything we needed. Shame that the entire resort was not open yet. But was perfect for the fact that the disc golf courses were 5min away. I plan to stay again when able

Family Ski Trip

This was the perfect spot! We have stayed at other condos at Smuggs, but this was by far the most comfortable for our family. Plenty of space, supplies, and conveniences. We will definitely be back

Great place to get away for the weekend!

Very easy check in experience. Rooms were clean and tidy. Kitchen and lounge area was big for the 4 of us. Ate breakfast at the resort's restaurant. Pretty decent prices. Kids loved the chocolate pancakes! We didnt eat at the pizza parlor but we did have the onsite Ben and Jerry's. Not much selection but it did the job. The sterling pond trail is a 8 min drive up and the Auto toll road was 15-20 min. We will be visiting Smuggz again ! Thank you!
