He allowed us to have an early check in, so that my husband and kids had somewhere to be all day while I was at the venue getting ready. We had everything we needed and more. "The location and the house itself is nice, but it definitely needs some TLC…The walk to the water has a steep incline (difficult for older people). The picnic table, located closer to the water, had weeds growing up through, and around it. One of the rockers on the main deck was broken, as was the table umbrella. There was, (what appeared to be) two different blink cameras aimed toward the sitting area…Didn’t like the idea of being watched while lounging on the deck. Cell service was spotty...
