Liked the location the most and when we arrived we were greed by the local manager as it was their official celebration of the first Hilton Curio in Saudi Arabia. The decorations were beautiful and tastefully done. The staff in general were very professional and helpful.

This is one of the best luxury hotel i have ever visited. Everything was perfect, from the front desk to the room, and the breakfast was top notch.

Take it or you will lose
The hotel is nice. Location is perfect. Room size is good. Food is delicious. But they have to work on criticism from guests. I stayed last year in this hotel and again this time, i have the same complaint, No bell boy at the entrance to take your luggages and the reception is in M level so you can’t leave your bags with no attendance. That problem never solved, it is annoying. This is a 5- star hotel with no bell boy or even a conceirge except one running here and there!!!.

Arrived late U fortunately first room given to me had a loud noise from the AC, informed the reception but instead of changing the room that they promised, the room service gentleman was trying to convince that there was no noise!! So they finally decided to change the room but unfortunately the room smell was disgusting So I requested another change and accepted all consequences Receptionist were very polite and helpful though.

Hotel is nice, clean, good location. But, the receptionist and concierge are not so well. During check-in which was in M level, the concierge asked me to check in up and bring him down the room number. It sounds weird. The disaster the receptionist during check out asked me to take my bags down to the concierge to keep them with them till the time of my flight. 5- star hotels should help the customer in a better way than this.

الفندق بشكل عام جيد لكن يحتاج الى تطوير بالخدمات عند القدوم لم تكن الغرفة جاهزة واضطررت الى الغاء موعد عمل الأسرة قاسية ومزعجة بالنوم المخدات من الريش الخفيف وطرية جدا اضطررت الى طلب مخدتين اضافية لكل سرير لكنهم احضروا واحدة فقط لكل سرير ادوات دورة المياه الفضية بها صدأ طلبت تغيير الغرفة لطابق اعلى لليوم الثاني ولم يتم التغيير ولا حتى الاعتذار من عدم التوفر عند المغادرة طلبت عامل لإنزال الأمتعة من الغرفة ولكن تأخرنا لأكثر من نصف ساعة واضطررنا لإنزالها شخصيا الممتاز لديهم بوفيه الافطار وخاصة تعامل طاقم الضيافة

The worst hotel management
we arrived at 8 pm, the reception was full of customers awaiting for checkin. We came back after one hour and they advised that our room is not ready yet. The hotel was over booked and they couldn’t control the checkin. We talked to the manager Mr Muneer .. he said the room might be ready after another hour meaning after 11 pm. We got very upset and I told him I will take a room at the hotel nearby and he should pay gor this night since my stay at the Galaria is paid and non refundable. Issue is not resolved yet and it’s under discussion with the manager.

Da migliorare
Sono arrivato la sera a mezzanotte, il tassista mi ha lasciato sul retro e non sapevo come entrare. Ho telefonato all’hotel e la persona, non parlando inglese, mi ha agganciato il telefono in faccia. Dopo 10 minuti è comparsa una persona della sicurezza che mi ha fatto entrare. Avevo prenotato una stanza fumatori queen size bed, mi hanno dato una stanza “blindata” con due letti singoli, ho chiesto di cambiarla e mi è stato risposto che la camera di mio gradimento sarebbe stata pronta dopo un’ora (era già l’una di notte). Mi è stato assicurato che il giorno dopo mi avrebbero dato la stanza giusta e avrebbero spostato il mio bagaglio, all’arrivo la sera non era stata cambiata la stanza e ho dovuto attendere per avere quella nuova. Ho chiesto conferma se fosse per fumatori, me l’hanno assicurato e addirittura hanno chiesto che mi venisse portato un portacenere. Due notti dopo, al momento del check out, lo stesso non è mai stato consegnato.L’hotel è come un labirinto, per andare alla palestra bisogna prendere l’ascensore giusto se no si arriva ai ristoranti che sono sullo stesso piano e bisogna tornare indietro, o passare in pantaloncini tra i tavoli con la gente che sta cenando per entrare in una porta di servizio e passare sull’altro lato. Materassi FANTASTICI. Bello, ma è solo “bling bling”. Devono assolutamente migliorare il servizio di hotelleria.
