Hotel limpio nuevo bien localizado precio excesivo para lo que ofrece salvo localización, personal amable habitaciones amplias y limpio solo que el agua caliente era agua tibia el agua caliente no funcionaba como en muchos hoteles en Jeddah

Hotel vicino Aeroporto. Comodo , personale gentile anche se c é stato un problema con la colazione che a loro non risultava pagata. Camere normali , sempre Cenato al buffet buono la sera con varietà. Hotel abbastanza affollato e con un gran via vai di persone.

Bad experience
It was very bad experience as I waited more than an hour to find a room then they sent me to another building and I was surprised with room as the hotel was fully booked.

We had a strange experience where because we had forgotten to say 2 people will be using the room the checkin staff insisted that my husband get an upgrade for $80.00 if he wanted to stay in the same room. We had travelled 2.5 hours in severe rain and flooding, it was 1 a.m. and we were so tired and hungry and we were shocked to hear about the extra payment. Finally we told them we were husband and wife and the guy at the checkin said he would give us a courtesy upgrade and not charge for an extra person in the room. It was a most unpleasant experience.

I liked it overall and would go back They need to have a free shuttle like every respectable hotels and to leave the customers under the mercy of taxi drivers who jack up the prices outrageously They also need to have more garbage baskets in the room

Clean & quite, but I did not like the A/C. I also left the car to be taken to the basement parking. However, I was shocked when check out of the hotel and asked for my car. It was in the parking outside under direct sun the since morning.

الموقع استراتيجي. الموظفين اكثر من رائعين لكن مازال السعر مرتفع مقارنة بتصنيف الفندق والخدمات المتوفرة. الغرفة جيده لكن مياة الاستحمام ليشت ساخنة ولكنها دافئة
