Perfect family vacation location. We booked this vacation for my husband's family...19 in all ranging from 11 years to 75 years of age. The location was gorgeous and overlooked a point with beautiful views of the lake. The main living space was open and allowed everyone to interact easily. The rear patio was also a favorite place to chill. The host has everything you could ask for. They also offered for rent an awesome pontoon boat, lily pads, water ski's, sea doos, kayaks and paddle boards to make the trip even better. (All were used except for the sea doos.) The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen cooking supplies including a pressure cooker and a crock pot, nice dinnerware, & 2 fridges. The house is set up on a hill giving the most amazing view of the lake. There are paved steps enabling you to walk down to the dock. However, if you have someone who doesn't walk well, you can rent a golf-cart or just drive down to the dock as there is a service road. Only slightly negative feedback is that there was no twin bed & twin trundle bed in the master bedroom so some slept on the sofas. (We knew we were short a bed or 2 but didn't realize what it was until we got home. I'm sure if we mentioned it to the hosts while we were there, they would have taken care of it.) This minor hiccup did not take away from our vacation.
As a side note, there were additional small 1-2 bed cabins also on the property. We got a quick tour of those and thought they looked nice.
Overall, everyone in our party said our experience at this property and with these hosts were 5 stars.
