We loved our stay at the cabin. The settings are well thought out. One of the best cabin we've ever stayed in. A big thank you for the Clark Mountain Trail and all recommendations.

Cozy cabin and actually large if you have only 2 in your party. Has modern climate control, but wood burning fireplace makes the stay more special and fun! Great location for making day trips to Lake Placid or hiking some of the peaks. Would stay again, thank you!

We were in the area for a wedding and this cabin worked out well for our needs. It is off the beaten path and we were surprised that there wasn’t a TV, so we found it to be very quiet and peaceful! It was clean, there was plenty of space for the two of us, and it included everything we needed for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again, if we ever come back to the area.

Our second time here. We celebrated our 5th and now our 7th wedding anniversary here. Perfect place to have some alone time! We thoroughly enjoy the cabin and the hosts are very attentive! Everything you need is at the cabin. Very comfy! Love the place. So quiet and amazing!

It was always nice and quiet, and had a nice vibe to it. The natural setting of it was great, I love being in the woods and hearing the birds and such. Neighbors were not right on top of each other, so it felt like it was your own space to enjoy. Definitely a good place to disconnect and relax! I had too many other things going on and wasn't there near enough time to enjoy it more, as it deserves. Maybe I'll come back another time.

Adirondacks Stay

We stayed in this comfortable cabin on our way home from a family wedding in upstate NY. We live in the White Mountains of NH and wanted to do some hiking in the Adirondacks. Pretty rainy, but we did manage one hike and a short walk on nature trails on Lake Placid. The cabin was just as advertised—cozy, quiet and great location to access trails. Also a nice porch for sitting outside and avoiding the rain drops. Happy to have a Scrabble game to use in the evenings. Highly recommend

First visit to Jay ny

It's the cutest cabin at a very nice location. Right next to whiteface mountain and riddled with so many hiking trails. After you check in and you enter the cabin the hosts have this folder filled with so many recommendations on restaurants and trails and attractions which I have used throughout my entire stay. My favorite restaurant was smoked signals. If you love BBQ food definitely need to check them out during your stay. The hosts have two cabins to rent from and the old crow cabin was so beautiful. Will be returning sometime next year for some more hiking and will be a return guest most definitely.

Definitely going back!

We have been going to the Adirondack for a long time but never explored Jay area. This cabin was easy access, in a lovely neighbourhood. Once in, we felt welcome by the warmth of the decor, cleanliness and a well set kitchen. Thank you for the wonderfull time!

Repeat lodgers

Cabin is located in a prime spot, 15-45 minutes from awesome hikes, excellent eats, tourist attractions, historic landmarks, lakes, river, galleries, libraries, Vermont; and it's tucked almost 3 miles off the beaten path. Night sky during new moon should not be missed. We drove out to main road at 1:00 a.m. to see the rest of the sky and more shooting stars.

Very clean and beautiful cabin!

The cabin itself was nice, very clean, and had all the amenities I needed to cook dinners and enjoy time by myself. The owners were accommodating and responded quickly to messages. They even mailed an item I accidentally left behind without hesitation! I would absolutely stay here again!

Great little getaway!

Was just what we needed to decompress and relax! Quiet neighborhood with plenty of space between properties to enjoy our own privacy. Cabin was very clean and had anything you could need in the kitchen as well as an array of books and games to sit on the porch and enjoy the outdoors. Owners were very polite and reached out to let us know if anything we needed to reach out. Highly recommended!
