Old hotel but
Well the hotel was old, The rooms are ok , clean but not more than 2 stars. walls done of paper. could hear our neighbors a bit too well. It needs updating. Location is perfect, lots of restaurantes and bars. Parking but quite full, still plenty close by. Reception pleasant and helpful. Quick Check in. Price/quality just a bit over. Would comeback!

Bit tired and in need of a refurb
Hotel is a bit tired and needs some updating. Rooms were fairly comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very basic but there was a serious issue with the cleanliness of the plates, bowls, cups, etc. The hotel really needs to review the cleaning process in the kitchen.

The position of this hotel is good. It is a bit tired but what you would expect for the price! A bit dissapointed that the Pool was not in use.

Cheap price for its location (1 minute walking from the beach). It has a swimming pool, which is quite nice. The breakfast is buffet and has a good selection of food and drinks.

Weekend in Javea
We were there for a relaxing weekend and had a very nice time. The location is great due to its proximity to Arenal Beach.

Hotel aimed at Spanish OAPs
No information given upon check in. Information book in room in Spanish. Room dusty, smelly & generally not very clean. Beds not very comfortable. Good pool/sea view. Breakfast basic - bacon rank! But you will find something edible. Bar staff smiley & friendly. Ok for an overnight but would be demented staying longer. Too many rude old people!

Great location
Nice hotel, a little dated, and no real sound insulation. Water pipe noises can also be quite entertaining. However I would say that this is good value for money.

Value for money
I enjoyed my stay the room was plesant but didn't have tea making facilities. The hotel overlooks the sea and you don't need to drive to go to the promenade and beach. Very good value. Its situated next to the Parador where you can pay three time the price. I was staying on my own and the single person supliment is only €8.

Not a good place
The room walls were thin, could hear neighbors LOUDLY. The breakfast buffet was free but terrible. Raw bacon, raw eggs, lousy choices. The staff weren't very friendly either.

Very friendly reception staff and cleaning staff , excellent English spoken, hotel nicely situated for the area. Only one disappointment the orange juice at breakfast was from a vending machine and very poor. With all the orange groves around fresh orange juice would have been brilliant. Still I understand they are catering for a great many guests.

Clean, lovely & 2 mins walk to arenal.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, staff are friendly and helpful, all it missed was tea & coffee facilities.

Choose somewhere else
While the position is central for Arenal/Beach the hotel is very old fashioned and in much need of a upgrade. Dinning staff are miserable and the hotel seems mainly to cater for coach parties of older retired Spanish. Avoid if you can.

A most enjoyable stay
Good location, nice clean airy room with a great view. Excellent buffet breakfast. Free private parking. Alejandro, on the front desk, gave good local knowledge of the area, especially hikes.

La comida fatal,ademas a la carrera,el horario de cenas es hasta las 22.30h y a las 22.35h recojen todo el bufett y di has llegado 10 minutis antes,no toenes tiempo de cojer nada y te quedas sin poder cenar,cuando lo correcto y la obligación del establecimiento es dejar el bufett hasta media hora desde el horario de entrada,que en este caso es hadta las 22.30h por lo tanto hasta las 23h no deben de recoger,ademas la comida es de muy mala calidad.

El hotel tiene el mejor sitio en la playa el Arenal Pero indudablemente te necesita renovarse Pero en conjunto sabiendo que vas a un 3 estrellas te adaptas los baños pues eso renovarlos La piscina bien La comida pues también no se porque ponen tantas críticas no se que comerán en sus casas Nada muy bien la estancia estupenda
