The villa enjoys an excellent location, just a 10-minute drive from the popular Playa del Arenal beach and only 15 minutes from the charming town of Moraira. Several restaurants can be reached within a minute by car, and a large supermarket is less than a 5-minute drive away.



The villa is spread over two levels and has been thoughtfully renovated with a bright and modern design. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, dining area, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge, freezer, oven, combi microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine. This level also offers two stylish bedrooms with air conditioning and wardrobe space, sharing a modern bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.



Via the internal staircase, the upper floor offers two more spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning, wardrobe space, and direct access to the terrace. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other includes one single bed and a bunk bed, making it ideal for children or additional guests. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.
