Heel fijn huis in mooie omgeving

Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijne familievakantie; een verwarmd zwembad, genoeg binnen en buitenruimte een goed uitgeruste keuken voor de kookliefhebbers en fijne omgeving (strand van El Arenal in Javea met veel leuke tentjes en klimrekken op strand, oude haven Javea, Moraira, Denia en Valencia) Als je vragen hebt krijg je snel een reactie van Tatiana of Stella. Aanrader!

The heated pool!

The heated pool! Made all the difference! We were gramps, mom, dad and two small children. Comfy beds. Modern bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet neighbourhood. Easy parking on the street (and possible to park on the premises as well). Nice poolside sofas and sun loungers.

Just what we needed

A wonderful villa very close to the Arenal area. Not even 5 minutes by car.All the amenities we needed. The heated pool was a real hit with the children and well worth it.No negative points for us. Clean, tidy and a great space.Also great to have good information on how everything works and local attractions/amenities/restaurants etc.Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic holiday In a gorgeous villa. Beautiful outdoor area and pool was lovely . Lovely decor inside also and perfect for 5 of us. Location is great for Supermarkets , the Arenal and Jávea port. We will definitely return next year!

Wonderful Home Away from Home

Beautiful Villa in a great location. About a 25 minute walk down to the beach, bars and restaurants of Arenal. The excellent Consum supermarket is just 5 min drive. Very well equipped, comfortable beds and living areas. Communication with Tatiana the owner before our stay was excellent and we were warmly welcomed and looked after by Véronique and Didier once we arrived. Beautiful pool area which is very secluded. Couldn't fault a single thing and we look forward to returning soon. Thank you very much Tatiana, Véronique and Didier for making our stay so memorable.

Voortreffelijk

De villa is een echte aanrader. Alles wat men nodig heeft is aanwezig en alles is heel schoon. De villa ligt, ondanks de korte afstand tot strand en restaurant, erg rustig. De buitenruimte is heerlijk toeven en het zwembad is opvallend groot! Kortom: deze villa is een absolute aanrader voor het geval je deze regio wenst te bezoeken. Tatiana en Manu nogmaals dank voor de goede zorg!

Lovely villa

We stayed for 1 week in October 2023 and were impressed with this villas contemporary features. There are 3 outdoor seating areas to choose from and we found it spotless. It took half an hour to walk to the Arenal but it was on the flat so that was ok. Every detail is taken care of and there was some lovely solar lights and candle holders which added to the ambience. The soft furnishings are lovely muted/ natural tones too. If you go there's a nice local bar called Uno mas which we went to a few times. Recommended

Nous avons passé 15 jours parfaits ! La villa est propre et bien agencée avec tout le confort dont nous avions besoin (même plus). L'emplacement est idéal car à proximité de tout et le quartier calme. Nous avons été enchantés et si jamais l'envie se fait ressentir de revenir, nous gardons en tête la maison de Tatiana. Un grand merci également à Emmanuelle pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Wonderful Villa

We’ve just returned from a wonderful weeks stay at the villa. Manu and Tatiana were the most helpful and kind hosts. We were even taken to the supermarket and beach one day. The villa itself was better than we expected. Lots of space, huge lovely pool and lots of outside seating to enjoy. Everything we needed and spotlessly clean. We had a few bbqs on the terrace enjoying the evening sun. Shops, beach and restaurants very local. We would get a taxi to Arenal for approx €7 and they were very easy to book/find. We’ve loved every minute of our holiday and will be rebooking for next year.

Prachtige villa met tuin, terrassen en super zwembad.

Van alle villa’s die wij tot nu toe hebben gehuurd voor onze vakantie is deze villa absoluut de mooiste. De villa ligt in de woonwijk van Tosalet op slechts 6 minuten van het strand en is echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Het grote zwembad omringd met ligbedden is ideaal om even af te koelen net als de mooi aangelegde tuin met gras. Drie ruime slaapkamers, een sfeervol ingerichte woonkamer en allemaal voorzien van airco. De contactpersoon “Emanuelle” is altijd bereikbaar en kent de omgeving goed voor eventuele vragen of suggesties. Kortom een echte aanrader!!

A stylish and comfortable villa with an excellent pool in a great location. Peaceful but a 10 min drive all the amenities. The garden and pool is a fantastic sun trap - we had the pool heated which was a real bonus! Tatiana and Manu our contact in Javea were both extremely helpful and attentive.

Heerlijk verblijf

Prachtige woning op een perfecte locatie. Met moderne badkamers ruime slaapkamers is dit een ideale woning voor een gezin of met vrienden. De locatie is schitterend, met het strand, restaurants en winkels op loop afstand. De buurt is rustig, dus geen lawaai van auto's of ander verkeer. Het zwembad was heerlijk en geen onaangename verassingen. Gewoon perfect!

Great stay

We had a lovely stay with my parents, partner and 5 month old son. The villa was extremely well equipped and manu was always available. Nothing was to much trouble. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back.

we verbleven 2 weken in mei in het huis

de villa was kraaknet en alles was goed onderhouden. Toppunt was de Pool . Verwarmd en 10 meter lang. Wij hadden een mooie vakantie en ik kan geen minpunt bedenken. Het contact met Tatiana was altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Komen zo graag terug. Niet vergeten: de bedden waren super!!! groetjes Kris en Inge
