Fully modernised to an incredibly high standard and set in the prestigious Balcon al Mar neighbourhood of Javea, this is a spacious, beautifully appointed villa with serious wow factor. Whether you’re a family looking for space and comfort, or a group of friends after a premium Costa Blanca base, Silvestre has everything you need — and then some.

Sleeping up to eight guests across four well-appointed bedrooms and four bathrooms (two en suite), Casa Silvestre offers genuine room to breathe. Two bedrooms sit on the upper floor, while two further bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower floor create a quieter, more private retreat — ideal for families sharing the villa across different generations or mature couples travelling together. All bedrooms have air conditioning, ensuring restful, cool nights whatever the season.

Step outside and you immediately understand why guests return to Casa Silvestre time and again. A generous sun terrace and lush garden wrap around a stunning heated swimming pool, available year-round at an additional charge — so whether you’re visiting in high summer or taking advantage of a quiet spring break, a dip is never far away.

The al fresco dining area is made for long, lazy lunches and candlelit suppers under the stars. Fire up the Weber gas BBQ and let the evening take care of itself.

For something genuinely indulgent, the private garden wooden Nordic sauna is a real highlight — the perfect way to properly switch off after a day exploring the coast.

And for those views? Head up to the solarium roof terrace — a sun-soaked spot with two sunbeds and a full 180-degree panorama of the Mediterranean and the dramatic Montgo mountain. There’s no better place to watch the sun go down.

There is a sauna for guest use but an additional €500.00 damage deposit is payable in cash on arrival if you wish to use it and it is strictly for adult use only. There is an extra charge for this of €20.00 per day.

For exercise and fun we have a ping pong table available for the guests.

Inside, Casa Silvestre has been thoughtfully equipped for a relaxed, hassle-free stay. The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything you need to cook confidently, while free fibre optic WiFi keeps everyone connected. A washing machine makes longer stays easy, and free private on-site parking for two cars is included.

Families with younger children will feel right at home here. The villa has a dedicated TV and children’s playroom — a brilliant retreat for little ones on quieter evenings or during the hottest part of the afternoon. The layout is also particularly practical for families: the swimming pool, kitchen, and naya/veranda are all on the same level, making it easy to keep an eye on the children while still enjoying your surroundings. A bathroom with a bathtub is available, and a baby bath can be provided on request as well as travel cots and high chairs (extra charge).



A Location You’ll Love



Balcon al Mar is one of Javea’s most sought-after residential areas — peaceful and private, yet brilliantly connected to the best the region has to offer. Portichol La Barracca Beach, a beautiful unspoiled cove, is just a three-minute drive away, and the idyllic La Granadella Beach — one of the Costa Blanca’s most photographed bays — is around 10 minutes by bike. The lively Javea Arenal Beach, with its golden sands, promenade restaurants, bars, and chiringuitos, is around 10 minutes by car. On summer evenings, the Arenal buzzes with craft stalls, live music, and the kind of holiday atmosphere that’s hard to find anywhere else.



The charming old town of Javea is well worth a visit — particularly on a Thursday morning when the weekly market fills the streets. And Denia, just 10 km away, offers miles of sandy beaches and daily ferry crossings to the Balearic Islands.



Golf Nearby



Casa Silvestre is a wonderful base for golfers. Javea Golf Club is approximately 20 minutes away — a relaxed 9-hole course, open year-round and great for all abilities. La Sella Golf Club, around 18 km from the villa, offers an Olazabal-designed 27-hole course near the village of Jesús Pobre, with a driving range, restaurant, and pool. For something more challenging, the Seve Ballesteros-designed Oliva Nova Golf Club is within a 40-minute drive north. We’re happy to help with tee-time bookings — just ask.

📍 Prime Location



Near to the villa is a Pickleball and tennis club with restaurant and bar, you don't have to be a member and can book directly at the club.

Nestled in the sought-after Balcon al Mar area, the villa is just a short stroll from local bars, restaurants, and tennis courts. Within a 15-minute drive, you’ll reach the breathtaking coves of Granadella and Portitxol, while the golden sands of Arenal beach are only 12 minutes away.

The local road train / bus that goes to Granadella beach is only a 10 minute walk away, meaning you can avoid the parking restrictions at the beach

The bay of La Granadella, so picturesque that it is often featured on Jávea’s postcards and has been voted in the top 3 beaches in Spain for many years. Only a 10 minute bike ride away.

Other areas to explore:

Jávea is made up of three areas.

1/ The Arenal with its beautiful sandy beach, bars and restaurants. During the summer evenings the Arenal is busy with crafts stalls, artists and musicians.

2/ The port area with its fish market and promenade.

3/ The old town with its narrow streets, shops, historic buildings. There is a colourful market every Thursday morning.

10k from Jávea is the town and port of Denia with daily crossings to the Balearic islands. Denia boasts miles of sandy beaches with its tree lined streets, pavement cafés, bars and restaurants.

The resort of Benidorm is only a 40 minute drive away and close by is Terra Mítica, which is one of Europe's largest theme parks, you can also visit Aqualandia a themed water park and next door Mundomar with its dolphins, seals and parrots. A drive to Guadalest is a must with its quaint shops, narrow cobbled winding streets and spectacular views from the village square.

Jávea Town: Jávea lies between pine-covered Cabo De La Nao to the South and Cabo De San Antonio to the North. The town is ideal for a family holiday, especially in the Spring when the area is ablaze with blossom from the almonds and the scents of orange and lemon trees fill the air. The World Health Organisation has proclaimed Jávea to be ‘environmentally near perfect’ and you can bask in the Costa Blanca’s brightest sunshine here on about 320 days of the year.

Jávea old town nestles at the foot of 2,500 feet Mount Montgo, a designated nature reserve. It boasts a 16th century church, covered market and for the historically minded a museum housing a nationally important collection of rare Iberian finds from Montgo. After exploring the town’s fascinating narrow streets, you can make your way to the old fishing port about 1 mile away. To the south of the old town lies the Arenal beach, a broad crescent of fine golden sand backed by a promenade of shops and restaurants.

La Guardia/Cabo De La Nao areas: Be sure to stop at the ‘Miradors’ (viewing points), several of which are located within a 5 minute walk from the villa. Without exception, they offer stunning views from cliff top perches of rocky coves and crystal clear water. This is snorkelling territory at its best, reminiscent of Cornwall but with guaranteed good weather! From Cabo De La Nao, it is possible on a clear day to see all the way to Ibiza 100 kms away.

Golf: Within 30 minutes drive of the villa is La Sella Golf Club. The Olazabal designed La Sella Golf Course is near the village of Jesús Pobre. The course has 27 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres for 18 holes. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles and presents a very good challenge. Facilities include : driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool.

Jávea golf club, between Moraira and Jávea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and measures 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include : driving range, putting green, club bar and restaurant..

Within a 40 minute drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course has 18 holes, is par 72 and measures 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.
