  • We, your hosts Uwe and Elke Stamm, will ensure that you spend an unforgettable, relaxing holiday in our Casa Hispano.
    There are two apartments in the house. During your holiday, you will live in and use the house, the pool and the entire garden alone. There are no other guests in the house at this time.
    The lower floor is only used by us when we are in Spain and is not available for rent. During these times, the house is not rented to guests, so you are guaranteed not to have to share the house and garden with anyone!

Fabuleux

Une maison fabuleuse, d’une propreté irréprochable et elle est très bien équipée. Le jardin est magnifique ainsi que la piscine et tout est entretenu plusieurs fois pendant le séjour. Heidi, qui nous accueille, est très gentille et arrangeante. Un séjour au top merci

Great place to stay

The photos on the site do not represent the reality. In real the property is bigger, especially the outside aeria such as the pool & the lovely garden. Only one minor thing: the accommodation has 4 bedrooms of which 1 has no airconditioning. Overall we loved the house, the neighborhood and our host Heidi was really helpfull. We really enjoyed our stay in Javea and would certainly recommend it to other people!

Superb Villa with amazing pool in the perfect location

This was our first time in Javea and if you don't know it already you won't be disappointed. This is a great part of Spain to discover, lovely towns, beaches and beautiful landscapes. The villa was immaculately clean. It really has everything you need (a part perhaps a pizza cutter but frankly who cares). The beds are very confortable and the bed linen very soft. We mainly spend our time on the terrace, great furniture and amazing view. The pool is perhaps the best we ever had in a rented villa. It is deep (so perhaps not great for small children but for good swimmers it is ideal) and large enough so you can really swim lengths. If there is a rainy day the lounge diner is large enough for everybody to have some space for their own activity. Location is great, less than 10 min drive from Arenal with all its bars/restaurants, the beach and I loved the fact that parking is so easy there. Plenty of supermarkets within 10min to stock up on your favorite BBQ foods (the gaz BBQ at the villa is great quality). Heidi who checks you in was lovely and when we had a small issue on the first day she sorted it out within 15 minutes of me texting her. We definitely enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Casa Hispano. Bereits die Begrüßung durch die Hausverwalterin war sehr freundlich. Nach der Führung durch die obere Etage der Villa (nur diese wird vermietet) haben wir uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub richtig genießen. Die Ausstatttung der Villa ist sehr großzügig. Das ist uns vor allem in der Küche aufgefallen. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, so wie man es von zu Hause gewohnt ist.Die Außenanlage ist ein Traum und muss während des Aufenthalts nicht mit fremden Personen geteilt werden. Sie ist über eine Außentreppe von der oberen Etage zu erreichen. Es gibt einen großen und gepflegten Pool, ein passende Außendusche mit Warmwasser, einen Außengrill (der Innenbereich müsste aber mal erneuert werden), es gibt Liegen, Sitzgelegenheiten und Tische und dabei hat man von der oberen Etage eine schöne Aussicht auf den Berg Montgo oder auf die Stadt Xabia (Javea) oder auf das Meer, je nachdem in welche Richtung man guckt. Auf dem großen Grundstück gibt es sehr viele Pflanzen, die eine wohlige Atmospähre schaffen.Die Lage der Villa ist in einem sehr ruhigen Villengebiet, etwas abseits vom Zentrum. Das ist aber nicht schlimm, wenn man ein Auto hat. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten im Zentrum, beim Strand oder bei mehreren Supermärkten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen tagsüber seine Ruhe zu haben und abends einem kurzen Abstecher in die Stadt zu machen. Wir können Casa Hispano sehr empfehlen!

Casa amplia, limpia y con una piscina espectacular!

La casa está perfectamente equipada y es muy amplia. Tiene un bonito parche, pero lo que nos más nos ha gustado ha sido la piscina y el jardín. Impresionantes!

Lovely villa

The villa was clean, elegant and spacious. We enjoyed spending days at the lovely pool. The area is nice with a lot of expensive villas and lovely views, but a limited selection of restaurants in the neighborhood. Taxi to the harbor was only 10 euros. Also, BonAmb restaurant is a walking distance from the villa and it's definitely the best restaurant our group has been to.

Excellent villa

We have stayed in Casa Hispano for 2 weeks and really loved the place. The villa itself is very big, has great views and really good air conditioning. The garden is extensive and beautiful, with lots of shade and a fantastic pool. We would love to come back here someday.

Beautiful, peaceful setting!

We couldn't have been happier with this home. It was perfectly appointed with beautiful outside spaces to enjoy. It was so peaceful, a perfect respite after a busy stay in Barcelona. Communication with the owner was great. Highly recommend this property!

Terrific holiday

We had a great stay at villa Casa Hispano. Heidi, the housekeeper met us at the house earlier than the stated check in time, provided a very pleasant welcome pack and was on hand during our stay to answer any questions or deal with any issues. The house was very clean and very well equipped, everything you need for self catering. The air conditioning, separately controlled in each room (at no extra charge), was fantastic and provided an oasis when required from the sun. The pool, set in well maintained gardens with great views, was a good size and a nice temperature, ideal to cool off during the day and for the occasional midnight swim! The BBQ and outside eating areas were perfect for al fresco dinning. The villa would have been even better if we could have used the hot tub. Set in a quiet residential area the villa was a little further out from the sea front than we would have liked but only five minutes by taxi which were easy to arrange and not expensive (around €10). The only suggestions we would make are to provide cotton bed linen and provide instructions on use of washing machine and tumble dryer as towels and bed sheets are not changed during the stay but overall a great holiday and our thanks to Uwe and Elke Stamm for letting us use their villa.

AN AMAZING STAY

We cannot fault this place. Having found this villa on the website (which we trusted as my cousin advertises her apartment on here) we translated all the German reviews and contacted the owner via email. We had a good and quick response to all our questions and booked with confidence. We were met at the house by the housekeepers who had laid out a lovely buffet spread for our lunch and showed us round the house. The house was very well kept and included everything you needed including washing powder, washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets, towels - we simply went to the supermarket for food and drink! The house was cool with air conditioning and separate controls for each room. The pool was warm by late morning and a delight to use. The gardener and pool man came during our stay. We have no hesitation in recommending this villa. It was located on a quiet residential street five mins from the Arenal front and Javea Port area where there are some lovely restaurants. Thank you so much to the owners who have provided a first class holiday for our family....we will be back!

WHOW!

Wir hatten ja schon viel gehört von dem Casa Hispano der Familie Stamm. Aber dieses Haus zu erleben, war ein Erlebnis! Sehr großzügige Räume, super sauber, liebe- und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders ist uns die hochwertige und umfangreiche Ausstattung aufgefallen. Von der Küchenausstattung über Möbel, Kamin, verschiedene Handtücher bis hin zu Kleinigkeiten wie eine Kofferwaage, an alles wurde gedacht. Der Außengrill und der Pool sind die Wucht. Selbst im Mai konnten wir den Pool schon ausgiebig nutzen. Genießen konnten wir auch die Lage mit Blick auf den Berg Montgo und das Meer. Jeden Tag haben wir einen Ausflug in die Gegend gemacht. Es gibt so viel zu sehen und erleben. 2 Probleme gab es allerdings: Mein Magen war nicht groß genug um die Köstlichkeiten in den Restaurants alle zu testen und wir hatten nicht genug Urlaub um alles zu sehen :-) Fazit: Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

so wird Urlaub zu Erlebnis

Markus und Sylvia P. Ein herzliches Dankeschön. Wir verbrachten in diesem Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlte, wunderbare Stunden. Die geschmackvolle Ausstattung ist wohl durchdacht und immer ein Quentchen mehr. Ein Urlaub, wahnsinn. Der große Pool und die hochwertigen Gartenmöbel sind einfach einladend zum Entspannen. In der Außenküche kann Mann die leckersten Dinge grillen, sei es Pimentos, Steaks oder frischen, morgens gekaufeten Fisch. Javea ist ein gemütlicher Ort mit einem schönen, feinsandigen Strand und einer Strandpromenade an der auch kulinarisch etwas geboten wird. Wir danken für diese unvergesslichen Stunden und kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhaftes Haus

Wir haben eine tolle Urlaubswoche in Xàbia verbracht. Angefangen mit dem netten E-Mail Kontakt zum Vermieter und dem freundlichen Empfang durch den Verwalter vor Ort; waren wir begeistert von dem Haus, der perfekten, kompletten Ausstattung und dem tollen großen Pool. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Der kleine Ort hat eine sehr schöne Strandpromenade, abwechslungsreiche Restaurants und eine nette Atmosphäre. Es war sehr schön und erholsam. Wir kommen wieder!

mehr als erwartet

Die Internetseite sagt alles! Erwarten sie ruhig etwas mehr und sie werden nicht enttäuscht werden. Das Haus selbst ist ein Traum. Der liebevoll angelegte Garten, der Pool. Es stimmt einfach alles. Die Wohnungen sind mit viel Liebe geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die Außenküche habe ich gleich am ersten Tag annektiert. Die Bewohne der oberen Wohnung hatten keine Chance, dafür wurden sie von mir mitversorgt! ...aber keine Bange, die obere Wohnung bekommt die gleiche Außenküche. Der Blick von der Terasse auf den Montgo und das Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Der Ort Javea ist wunderschön. Besuchen sie unbedingt den Markt! Obwohl keine Saison war herrschte im Städtchen und an der Strandpromenade reges Treiben. Alle Läden auf und alle Restaurants. Nehmen sie sich die Zeit und fahren sie die Aussichtsroute rund um Javea ab - es lohnt sich. Das Klima ist sehr gut auch für Rheumatiker geeignet. Selbst im Dezember haben wir tagsüber bei 18 Grad auf der tollen Terrasse gesessen, nur Abends musste man sich eine Jacke drüber werfen. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen, dann aber in der wärmeren Jahreszeit. Es gibt ja noch soooooo viel zu sehen! Die Infobox im Haus ist gut gefüllt mit Material. Nochmals Dank an die Hausfeen!?! und an den Verwalter für die tollen Tipps. Wir waren bisher schon in jedem Ferienhaus des Vermieters, aber dieses hier ist wirklich kaum zu übertreffen!!!

Dieses Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen!

Wir haben hier im Oktober 14 traumhafte Tage verbracht und waren rundum begeistert. Das Haus ist ausgesprochen edel und man fühlt sich vom ersten Augenblick an richtig wohl. Die Küchen, die Bäder, das Mobiliar, die Gartenmöbel und nicht zuletzt der tolle Pool, alles ist sehr geschmackvoll aufeinander abgestimmt und qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Die Betten sind klasse und ich habe mit meinem kaputten Rücken besser geschlafen als zuhause. Es fehlt einfach an nichts, auch die Geräte sind vom Feinsten. Es gibt W-Lan, einen riesengroßes TV-Gerät mit deutschen Kanälen, Waschmaschine, Trockner und auch in der Küche ist vom Backofen über den Wasserkocher bis hin zu scharfen Messern alles da. Das Haus liegt zudem in einem ruhigen Viertel und ist nicht zugebaut, sondern es ist viel Platz zu den Nachbarn und man hat einen traumhaften Blick über den Pool hinweg auf den gegenüberliegenden Berg Montgo. Auch das Meer ist zu sehen und wenn man dann mit einem Gläschen Wein und seiner Familie den Sonnenuntergang genießt, was kann es Schöneres geben. Der Pool ist auch ein Hammer, kein Chlor und sehr sauberes Wasser, einmal die Woche kommt jemand von einer Fachfirma und schaut danach. Sehr gut fand ich auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit der Besitzerin, die alle Fragen geduldig und ausführlich beantwortet hat und einem immer das Gefühl gab, willkommen zu sein. Auch während des Aufenthalts wäre sie jederzeit erreichbar gewesen, was einem auch ein Gefühl der Sicherheit gibt, falls mal jemand krank sein oder etwas anderes Unvorhergesehenes passieren sollte. Der Empfang war ebenso super herzlich. Wir wurden schon erwartet, mussten nicht erst noch umständlich irgendwo in einer Agentur den Schlüssel abholen, der Tisch war als Willkommensgruß liebevoll mit ausgewählten Spezialitäten gedeckt und uns wurde alles rund ums Haus sehr nett erklärt. Das einzig Negative, was mir nach den 2 Wochen aufgefallen ist, war, dass wir schon wieder nach Hause mussten, aber wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles.

Für gehobene Ansprüche mit Wohlfühlfaktor

Ein wunderschönes Haus am Rande der kleinen Stadt Javea. Durch die Hanglage hat man von der Terrasse aus einen sehr schönen Fernblick, sowohl auf das offene Meer, als auch auf den imposanten Berg El Montgó. Es handelt sich um ein neues Haus, was den neuen und hervorragenden Zustand aller Ausstattungs- und Einrichtungselemente erklärt. Der mediterrane Garten hinter dem Haus in dem der (übrigens überhaupt nicht nach Chlor riechende) große Swimmingpool eingebettet ist, ist liebevoll mit Palmen und Orangen- bzw. Zitronenbäumen usw. angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Der schöne mit kleinen Bars und Restaurants gesäumte Sandstrand ist in wenigen Autominuten erreicht. Auch das Städchen Javea, oder die Nachbarstadt Denia bietet sehr viele Freizeitattraktionen. Hafen, Strände, Altstadt, Wanderwege, Museen und, und, und. Leider war unsere Zeit viel zu kurz, so daß wir auf jeden Fall nocheinmal wiederkommen werden. Gerne würden wir wieder in diesem schönen Haus wohnen, denn bei der Ankunft und auch bei der Abreise hat der Vermieter an wirklich alles gedacht. Eine wirklich empfehlenswerte Adresse.
